Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has bowed to pressure to turn American embassies into deep-pocketed lobbyists for the LGBT agenda. Pompeo is poised to send a cable to every U.S. embassy across the globe to urge them to pressure their host country to embrace LGBT conduct.

Already there are some ambassadors who are using our foreign aid as leverage to push other countries to abandon their own morals and embrace this alternate lifestyle. Sign Liberty Counsel Action's petition urging Secretary Pompeo and President Trump to abandon this new push.

Our petition states:

To: President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo

We, the undersigned, are deeply concerned about a proposed cable from Sec. Pompeo to U.S. embassies urging them to push nations to embrace the LGBT agenda and conduct worldwide. We believe that every person deserves respect, however, we should not be forcing other nations to embrace LGBT and the unhealthy natural consequences that come from this lifestyle. Encouraging this behavior is detrimental to the communities that embrace it. We have seen how the LGBT agenda threatens religious liberty. The goals of our ambassadors should first and foremost be on the safety of our nation and maintaining good relationships with other nations. America's own legal policies regarding LGBT are deeply controversial. Our U.S. embassies should not be picking sides and trying to force other nations to deny their cultures and customs to accept a controversial stance on homosexuality.
