STOP OBAMACARE’S LOOPHOLE OF DEATH
Obamacare was never supposed to become a taxpayer-funded machine for abortion and the “trans” agenda. Yet under current law, federally subsidized exchange plans routinely cover those horrors — funded by our tax dollars.
In addition, the federal government spent about $138 BILLION of our tax dollars to subsidize Obamacare in 2025. These federal subsidies were meant to be temporary during COVID. But now the Democrats in the U.S. House joined by 17 Republicans just overrode Speaker Mike Johnson and passed a bill that (a) extends these subsidies for three years until 2029 and (b) funds abortion.
The fight over Obamacare and abortion is now in the U.S. Senate. We must stop Obamacare subsidies and abortion funding. Make your voice heard on Capitol Hill now. Your voice is essential in this battle.

The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) does not block abortion coverage in exchange plans — and because of that, federal subsidies have been used to pay for abortions, puberty blockers, opposite-sex hormones, and mutilating surgeries for minors.
These loopholes need to be closed. Now.
We urge you to fight the massive expansion of tax dollars for failed Obamacare. We are not in a pandemic and we do not need to be forcing people to fund waste, fraud, and procedures that are morally abhorrent to the majority of Americans.
In contrast, we urge you to support Sen. Josh Hawley’s bill S 3011, Prohibiting Abortion & Transgender Procedures on the Exchanges Act, to close these loopholes.
