If we are silent, we could lose religious freedom battles for the next five years. Right now, a nominee is pending for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission who has an LGBT agenda that even she admits is radical. NOW is our chance to stop her attack on our religious freedom! - Mat

Ground zero for religious freedom battles has become Equal Employment Opportunity Commission boards (EEOC) across America. LGBT activists have hijacked the EEOC boards to use tax dollars to sue private businesses over alleged discrimination against those identifying as LGBT. These small, family-owned businesses are forced into financial “guilty-until-proven-innocent" scenarios. They must mortgage their homes and businesses just to defend their religious beliefs and their innocence!  

Leading this is Chai Feldblum, on the EEOC’s federal board.  

When discussing tensions between religious freedom and privileges for people identifying as LGBT, Feldblum admitted, “We are in a zero-sum game: a gain for one side necessarily entails a corresponding loss for the other side,” she said. “In making the decision in this zero-sum game, I am convinced society should come down on the side of protecting the liberty of LGBT people.” 

She goes on to say, “I’m having a hard time coming up with any case in which religious liberty should win.”  

Under Feldblum, the EEOC filed a lawsuit against a religious funeral home owner for firing an employee for trying to transition from male to female. She used YOUR tax dollars to get the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals to rule against the owner. Her team established a dangerous legal precedent that neither constitutional religious freedoms nor the Religious Freedom Restoration Act applies to her board! This must be stopped! 

Feldblum, who can’t even imagine when constitutional freedoms should win, has NO business directing federal policy from the EEOC for the upcoming five-year term.  

Liberty Counsel Action is standing up on Capitol Hill demanding that Feldblum not turn your tax dollars into the LGBT’s war chest. We are in a critical fight against her nomination in Washington D.C. However, we cannot defeat her agenda on our own!
