Chai Feldblum has leveraged her national influence on the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to promote an LGBT agenda that is extremely radical! She stated “no individual exceptions based on religious beliefs” should ever be tolerated if they hamper “the goal of liberty for gay people.” In addition, she believes her radical LGBT agenda “cannot be adequately advanced if pockets of resistance … are permitted to flourish.”

Feldblum’s federal EEOC board sets the tone for more than 54 offices across American. In addition, there are numerous regions that have EEOC boards, sometimes even one in every county! This provides Feldblum with a well-paid, well-organized army under her that can seek and destroy these so-called “pockets of resistance” to the LGBT agenda. And the sickening thing is you’re paying for her anti-religious army with your tax dollars!!!  

The EEOC has won a small but growing number of cases. It just won a case against a religious funeral home owner who didn’t want to change the dress code to allow an employee attempting to transition from male to female to cross-dress in front of grieving families. The EEOC brags of more than a dozen other such cases. Under Feldblum’s leadership businesses must bow now or pay later to the LBGT agenda. 

This is the world that Feldblum is building. She wants to force you to live in it, to run your business in it... and to pay her salary while she is doing it!

Feldblum is so radical even President Obama couldn’t get her through the Senate. He had to use recess appointment powers to get her into the EEOC.  

We have already had a significant impact. Liberty Counsel Action staff met with Sen. Mike Lee’s (R-UT) staff and after that meeting, his was the one brave voice who stopped her nomination from being unanimously supported! He even included some of our biggest concerns when he stood on principle and refused to support her. Our organization’s work may be the reason that she is not already appointed!
