However, reporters are simultaneously trying to force our whole nation to abide by these exact policies.

President Trump has named the Department of Homeland Security as critical in any transfer of detained illegal immigrants. Already this idea has brought out Hollywood voices like Cher, who instantly recognized her city cannot handle this influx of illegal immigrants. This might be the quickest path to turning demands for open borders into support for increased border security and barriers.

This is why Homeland Security is key. It is critically important to send a strong message of support to its leadership.

Recently, both a Washington state sheriff's deputy and an Alabama schoolteacher were killed.

Christian educator Sonya Jones died in a head-on collision by an illegal immigrant who, like more than a million others, already has final deportation orders but refused to obey them. He was arrested trying to flee the accident. While it's too late for Sonya, enforcing our laws will save the lives of future Americans just like her.
