The biggest threat to our religious freedom is morphing. We have the opportunity to stop the so-called "Equality Act" with a barrage of your faxes. So...Washington radicals are deploying a new strategy. They are fragmenting this horrific bill and sneaking portions into a number of other amendments and bills. They are hoping to pass it piecemeal, buried under mountains of paperwork. They are even hiding it in the budget bills which passed the House late yesterday.

Our staff on the ground in D.C. have found six bills so far where they are hiding parts of the Equality Act. We expect more to follow. We have compiled a list and we will keep you updated as it grows.

This is a critical attack on our religious freedom and free speech. To be honest, this is a much more difficult strategy to fight! It requires eternal vigilance and a team of people across America ready to mobilize at a moment's notice.

Adding to the challenge before us, some of our allies are just sitting on the sidelines. U.S. House Republicans just joined in to pass one LGBT-focused bill, UNANIMOUSLY by a cowardly voice vote. We need to educate our leaders and take a stand for our freedom.

We have created a new fax to address this political tactic. Join with us now to stop the D.C. radicals from destroying the freedom our nation was founded upon. 

The six attacks that we identified are as follows:

1. Customer Non-Discrimination Act (HR 2687)

This bill opens up all restrooms, locker rooms, dressing rooms, etc. to everyone who identifies as one gender. It punishes any biological distinctions with "discrimination" lawsuits. It applies to "[a]ny establishment that provides a good, service, or program."

This applies to churches because religious freedom exemptions are explicitly denied. And it specifically includes funeral parlors, shops, accountants, travel agencies, online retailers and nearly every semi-public location.

2. Stronger Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (HR 2480)

This bill includes the definition of "sexual and gender minority youth," which is defined by the government as "those who identify as gay, lesbian, or bisexual." It authorizes $580 million and whatever additional amounts are necessary for the following six years for these and other categories.

In addition, there is proposed language in the legislature that would classify as "child abuse," parents or guardians who refuse to give a child hormones and surgery. The child could then be removed from the home.

"MegaBus #1" (Appropriations Bill) HR 2740

Late yesterday, the full U.S. House voted to pass the MegaBus #1 by 226-203. We have found pro-LGBT language that can be used to attack our freedoms in four sections of this bill. These sections were passed out of the following four committees:

3. Labor HHS (Division A)

4. Defense (Division C)

5. Energy and Water (Division E) and

6. State and Foreign Ops (Division D) which requires the State Department and USAID to study, track and report on LGBT laws around the world in its annual Human Rights Report. It also requires both departments to include details of their own efforts to promote LGBT behaviors.

I could really use your help to send a message to D.C. Our legislators need to hear loud and clear that we will not accept these attacks on our freedom. It makes no difference if these attacks are all in one bill or spread out among many. Will you stand with us to help stop this legislation?

While working to defeat the "Equality Act," we could lose the war if pieces of the bad law are passed in these other bills. We need thousands to send a fax to key members of Congress to stop this new stealth attack.
