Right now, twenty states are exploring phone apps that track people's connections during COVID-19. North and South Dakota are sharing a live app program with Wyoming. And the governor of Virginia recently launched a phone app. So has Alabama. South Carolina is not far behind. This is a dangerous threat to your freedom and privacy.

We are just one "emergency order" away from the destruction of our constitutional privacy and the biggest power grab to control Americans in the history of our nation.

I'll share below an even greater threat to your liberty and privacy. But first, I urge you to hold our legislators and governors accountable to the Constitution. Send an urgent fax straight to their desks to stop our leaders from making these apps mandatory. -Mat

Virginia's governor mandated that everyone 10 years old and older must wear a mask in every building, unless medically exempt. In addition, the governor publicly threatened to send out government spies and shut down any business that does not enforce his orders. He encouraged managers and employees to "call the police" on anyone not wearing a mask.

This forces business owners to become unwilling enforcers of dictates from the Governor's Palace. Citizens are no longer under a lawful legislature—but under the monarchical rule of a governor drunk on power. His orders pit neighbor against neighbor and demand that business owners enforce his "emergency" dictates or lose their freedom to own and operate their business. The Gestapo would be proud.

It would simply take one amendment to the already existing emergency orders to demand that all businesses require workers and customers to have the phone app. This is being done in India.

The governor could attempt to order places of worship to require this tracking app, like some cities did with manual registration.

A mandatory vaccine is another way to undermine your freedom. The app would report your vaccination history. Now is the time to rise up and fight against these apps becoming mandatory here in America. Send your fax today to these national and state leaders demanding freedom and privacy.

Unfortunately, some are skipping the voluntary app altogether. Virginia-based government contractor Anomaly Six LLC installed a special code hidden inside more than 500 location-based apps that track and report the constant location (even worldwide) of your phone back to their company. Then, the company "provides global-location-data products to branches of the U.S. government and private-sector clients."

The Wall Street Journal reports the "consumers have no way to know whether SDKs [the tracking codes] are embedded in apps" or not. The best way to block this is to turn off location services for all of your phone apps; however, that hampers how some apps function, making them worthless.

This invasion of your privacy has been used by law enforcement, but only with a warrant or to track people on house arrest. This should be deeply concerning to pastors and every American.

Already I've seen the following:

• Unprecedented closing of churches and banning of home bible studies while casinos, liquor stores, and abortion clinics remain open.
• People can gather in a casino, but if they worship God while they are there, the casino will be fined by the state even though it followed state guidelines. This just happened in Nevada.
• Threats to shut off power and water to homes and churches for all in-person worship, even in private homes.
• Tracking your vaccines and medical data though Covi-Pass app technology.
• A global push for mandatory vaccines, even threatening to close borders to nations that don't comply.
• Foreign governments mandating apps to control entrance to schools, travel, employment, and even grocery and pharmaceutical stores with zero exemptions.

Our governors and legislators need to hear from you demanding that freedom and sanity be restored in America again. Send your fax today to demand our national leaders and bureaucrats protect and restore our freedoms in America today.

This battle over privacy and spying on innocent Americans has spread our staff thin.
