Facebook just boasted about censoring an astonishing number of posts.

During the last three months, more than 105,000,000 posts have been deleted or grayed-out that were discussing COVID-19. To put this in perspective, that’s almost 1.2 million posts censored every day—or 48,000 posts about COVID-19 censored EVERY HOUR of the day!

Your freedom of speech and your right to receive information is in grave danger in the hands of tech giants. Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act gives Big Tech complete legal immunity offered only to utilities like the phone company. It also has private company status that enables them to censor and silence the not-so-free speech of others.

Congress, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) all have the authority to act to protect your right to free speech and the freedom to distribute information. On the heels of congressional testimony and a presidential directive, now is our opportunity to demand that they take action to stop the censorship.

To use a western analogy, Facebook sits as the less-than-trusted mayor, town newspaper editor, judge, and executioner of your freedom of speech and ability to receive information. What corruption could that possibly bring about?

"I started Facebook, I run it...," CEO Mark Zuckerberg told Congress. He tried to justify this level of censorship stating:

"We do prohibit content that will lead to imminent risk of harm [that]... might encourage someone to go take something that could have some adverse effects, so we do take that down." (emphasis added)

So, despite now-overwhelming medical evidence, FB censors think they know best what you can say and should receive.

This authoritarian attitude is astounding. Meanwhile, riot organizers are using Facebook to call for violence, destruction, and mayhem, and that doesn’t get censored. And posts pushing marijuana are allowed—but not medical doctors’ professional opinions that could have saved 100,000 American lives lost to COVID-19!

The government’s umbrella of protection over these corporations that silence private speech needs to be immediately dismantled. Send your fax urgently demanding that Congress, the FCC and FTC act now.

Zuckerberg tried to claim, "We do not prohibit discussion around trials of drugs … or personal experiences." However, doctors were censored doing exactly what he said under oath before Congress would be allowed. It was a doctor’s personal experience with every single one of the hundreds of people she treated successfully with COVID-19. Everyone, even those with serious conditions, recovered by using a drug still in trials around the world.

But Zuckerberg is doing everything in his power to silence this message, including the many published studies about the effectiveness of hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID.

Zuckerberg’s censorship will add more dead bodies to the estimated 100,000 people who died needlessly from COVID-19 because they were not properly treated with hydroxychloroquine, according to respected Yale Medical Epidemiologist Dr. Harvey Risch, who holds both M.D. and Ph.D. degrees.

These tech giants have made themselves the sole, politically-biased arbiters of what they want you to know. And it has turned deadly. Help stop them today with your fax to Congress ,the FCC, and the FTC demanding these companies be held accountable.

They even argued that efforts to protect your constitutional freedom of speech is beyond the President’s authority.

The hubris of these tech companies is shocking! It’s time to hold them accountable with your fax today.
