Tracking You Without Consent

Sep 11, 2020

A sloppy 60-page “study” just exposed chilling levels of contact tracing of nearly every single person in a target community, including those not sick. But after digging, our team found that this data is being gathered all across America into one daily hub cataloging every move you make.

Even if you don’t have any COVID-tracking apps, nor turn on the internal tracking, if “location services” is on, you are being tracked and your location sold. Even if you have limited location services to only one app, this company has many partnerships with apps that relay location info from the app to this hub company.

They know everywhere your phone has been.

And even worse ... it’s all for sale. Just 10 cents per row of information.

I’ll reveal just how much this one company knows about you. The end goal is to manipulate you and push a biased narrative on COVID-19.

Our chance to fight back is right now. This looming threat to your privacy is growing by the minute. Help turn back the tide with your fax to our representatives right now to demand a restoration of privacy and freedom. -Mat

Using this data, researchers for a company based out of Bonn, Germany claim to know the following data about the cell phones of those who visited the Sturgis Rally:

  • Where everyone at the Sturgis Rally traveled from before the event
  • Which shops they entered
  • What restaurant/bars they patronized
  • Which outdoor events they attended
  • Where they slept
  • Who traveled in from out-of-state or lives local
  • That local residents spent on average 10 fewer hours at home during the event, and
  • Where attendees went after they left Sturgis, SD.

And ALL of this data was gathered without a single COVID consent form to track the nearly half a million people this company was tracking for COVID.

This data was provided by SafeGraph, Inc. to the IZA Institute of Labor Economics: Initiated by Deutsche Post Foundation for analysis. Right now, SafeGraph is offering to sell the same level of data about people in your community to whoever wants it.

They claim the data is all “anonymized,” but that is a farce. It takes one moment to look at this level of data history to know where you live, where you work, who your friends are, and where you socialize. Suddenly “anonymization” disappears with the few clicks of a button.

Welcome to George Orwell’s 1984. We appear to be one tiny façade from the complete destruction of privacy our Founding Fathers fought to give us. Will Americans accept this like sheep, or will we rise up and fight for privacy and liberty for the tomorrows of our nation? Send your fax to Congress right now and demand an end to this endless data mining of your phone to be sold to foreign countries.

What is even more chilling is what this group did with this data. It made wild, exaggerated, and outright false claims using this information. Of the 462,182 people it says attended the Sturgis Rally, it estimated the event was responsible for about 266,796 total COVID cases. Then it published a claim that the Sturgis Rally “generated public health costs of approximately $12.2 billion.”

Gov. Kristi Noem said that 260 cases of COVID-19 have been traced to the rally. That’s less than 0.1% of the claims made by these authors. That is a transmission rate of 0.05% of everyone who attended the rally.

If you compare the study’s estimated costs to the known cases, their claim of “public health costs” become a massive $46.9 million per known COVID-19 case. Keep in mind some cases never need to go to the hospital, so this makes the per hospitalization cost rise even higher.

Yet, our staff counted at least two dozen news sources pushing this $12.2 billon bogus cost, including The Hill, Yahoo!, MSN, Newsweek, Union Times, and People magazine. It splashed from New York Daily News, to San Diego’s KGTV, and even internationally on the Daily Mail.

If you don’t want your every move to be used and manipulated by foreign institutes, then make your voice heard on Capitol Hill right now. Fight against this invasion of your privacy with your urgent fax to state and national leaders today.

Now, imagine for a moment that a government leader decides no one should go to church, protest, have a Sturgis Rally, decline a mandatory vaccine, or gather in any way the politician opposes. Sounds very familiar.

What if you add data surveillance, fake news media, and place all of that in the hands of the state? The American Dream could be over. We will suddenly be living in China 2.0.

It is imperative that we fight for freedom before it is too late. We need to rise up now as the sons and daughters of the American Revolution. Peacefully demand that our representatives start protecting our privacy, right now with your urgent fax to Congress.

Your support is the reason we can continue our work. We are strengthening our impact on Capitol Hill and around the nation. And this is 100% because of the donations from our friends and partners who keep our doors open.

I pray that our light will never go out and I thank you in advance for your part in our work today and in the battles we have yet to fight for liberty.

I encourage you to join me in prayer for our nation and for our future.  There is intense pressure to sacrifice our freedom for an illusion of safety.

Blessings,

Mat Staver, Chairman
Liberty Counsel Action

P.S. We cannot silently hope someone else will restore our freedoms. It is up to us to stand for our liberties and protect our rights. Send a fax demanding that legislators and governors stop these unconstitutional surveillance efforts.

I encourage you to help spread the word by forwarding this information to your friends and family. Big Tech is doing its best to bow to China levels of censorship. Then sign our petition to the White House.

This is a challenging time for many of our usual friends and supporters. Please know that we pray for you. If you can support Liberty Counsel Action with a donation of any size today, we would deeply appreciate your partnership with us. God bless you.
