Leading up to the 2020 elections, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg gave $350 million ... not to a political candidate but directly to government-paid election officials in handpicked Democrat strongholds across America to increase targeted voter turnout ostensibly of Democrat-majority voters.

Michael Patrick Leahy reported that “73 percent of Joe Biden’s 126,649 vote margin gain in the key battleground state of Pennsylvania came from seven counties and one city, all of which received more than $18 million from Zuckerberg’s ‘safe elections’ project.”

This was $18.7 million of personal money pushed into the hands of city and county employees to sway the results of an election. The breakdown of this payout from the Zuckerberg-funded Center for Technology and Civic Life is:

• $10 million to the City of Philadelphia.
• $2.5 million to Chester County (next door to Philadelphia).
• $2.2 million to Delaware County (next door to Philadelphia).
• $2.05 million to Allegheny County (home of Pittsburgh).
• $863,000 to Centre County.
• $474,232 to Lancaster County.
• $471,000 to Berks County.
• $148,000 to Erie County.

LCA’s legal staff was on the front lines in Pennsylvania. No wonder Philadelphia Democrat election officials refused to allow our attorney to monitor the vote counting. No Republican observer was permitted in the massive room. Government employees kicked out authorized monitors and blocked us from seeing what was happening inside these precincts. They ignored a state court ruling to allow monitors and even a Supreme Court order to segregate late ballots.

But in the devastating wake of this private manipulation of our election officials and the system as a whole, S 1 will make this manipulation and outright fraud even easier. This bill must be stopped. Send your urgent fax to the Senate to demand to stop fraud from becoming permanent.

Georgia, Florida and Texas recently passed election reform laws, and Arizona is continuing to recount the ballots. But now S 1 will end these efforts and legalize unprecedented fraud.

There was documented election fraud on Indian reservations across multiple states last year. Groups were publicly advertising that they were telling voters who to pick and then illegally paying for individual ballots on the reservation.

S 1 establishes remote, non-precinct locations on Indian reservations for ballots to be dropped off, making it even easier to pay people for their ballots, check to make sure they voted the “right” way and supplement real ballots with fake ones for names of those who hadn’t voted yet—all before the ballots even make it to the official precinct! Tribal members who do not live on the reservation can vote in their state and vote on the reservation.

Indian tribes have sovereign immunity. This means tribes cannot be sued for breaking a contract or for any illegal action—including blatant election fraud because of this special status.

In America, more than 600 tribes are state or federally recognized across 40 states. This means that in four out of five states, the election can be manipulated through these reservations with complete sovereign immunity under the S 1 provision.

“Americans are losing confidence in the fairness of elections.”

Those are the words of former Democrat President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State James Baker to the Commission on Federal Election Reform in 2005. And since then, it’s gotten worse—much worse!

If you look at the study former President Carter was involved in, everything he recommended to do to end fraud is exactly the opposite of what S 1 forces states to allow.

Instead of heeding the report to address mail-in ballots subject to fraud, the use of mail-in ballots exponentially increased in 2020, S 1 will further undermine our elections by making mail-in ballot fraud much easier. S 1 is designed to put Democrats in power for every future election.

This is not by accident; this is by design. Democrats want to permanently break our election system. In fact, this bill throws open the door to more sophisticated and widespread fraud than Carter ever imagined in 2005!
