Today the U.S. Senate is having a hearing in the Rules Committees on the election fraud bill HR 1 (S 1). We expect a vote to move it to the floor. But we can stop this bill if we remain vigilant.

At this moment, Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) is the only Democrat standing in the way of S 1 passing through budget reconciliation. If Democrats get just one more senator (from either side of the aisle) to support this, it could avoid the filibuster and pass as part of reconciliation with only 51 total votes.

That is why it is critical that the whole U.S. Senate hear from you right now in full opposition to this horrific legislation. We must stop this bill in the Senate! Send your urgent fax to the senators and demand that S 1 be stopped before it destroys our nation's elections. -Mat

Yesterday, a judge heard arguments regarding a lawsuit in Antrim County, Michigan, where nearly 6,000 votes switched from Trump to Biden were later found.

In addition, the recount in Arizona continues today despite Democrat attempts to shut it down. Some other good news is that Arizona just signed a bill into law that will prevent "curing" ballots after Election Day, otherwise known as adding signatures on unsigned mail-in ballots. The battleground states are waking up to tightening their election processes.

And this is making Democrats even more desperate!

It is very clear. Democrats want to make it easier to commit election fraud. And they don't care if they destroy our nation in the process. This bill will:

(1) Allow people to vote outside their precinct.

(2) Permit same-day registration and ban voter ID laws.

(3) Register convicts and kids.

(4) Punish, even jail, anyone who questions a voter's validity.

(5) Open the floodgates for fraudulent mail-in ballots.

(6) Seize authority from the states and place the federal government in complete control of federal elections, and so much more!!

One section of the bill imposes a penalty of five years in jail and a $100,000 fine on anyone who attempts to "mislead" or "impede" voters in the 60 days up to an election.

Facebook and the fake news launched an all-out war to hide the truth. These corporations used identical language when they banned "misinformation" and used that to silence citizens. The word "impede" could be used against anyone who questions whether the prospective voter is a citizen, is of proper age, lives in the district or is otherwise eligible to vote.
