As we remember Veterans Day, everywhere we look, there are many attacks on our freedom. One BWXT employee shared:

“I have been employed at BWXT NOG-L for almost 50 years. The mandate is requiring me to take a vaccine or ‘take voluntary termination’ so that I cannot get unemployment. How do I handle this? I can retire, but I did not want to just yet. I have natural immunity, but they do not recognize that.”

Another co-worker shared: “I am 5 months pregnant, and there has been no reliable data proving the safety of these vaccines for pregnant women. It also goes against my religious beliefs of not using anything tested on aborted babies or putting anything impure in my body as it is the temple of God. ... Please include me on the lawsuit against Joe Biden.”

A third employee recently recovered from COVID, but his natural immunity is not taken into consideration by these harsh mandates.

A fourth shared, “The site I work at is currently 29% unvaccinated.” If one out of three employees is terminated, this will create a serious problem for a company in an industry with zero room for errors.

Some of the brightest and most experienced people are being eliminated from this front line of defense of supplying our nation’s military, everything from nuclear engineering to cyber security and beyond.

• On Monday, Nov. 8, we assisted a motion for class certification in the Illinois case that, if successful, will extend protection for thousands of health care workers.
• Yesterday we helped with the submission of a response in the Maine lawsuit protecting more than 2,000 health care workers.
• Also yesterday, we helped submit additional affidavits to fight Biden’s mandates in the case of Navy SEAL 1 v. Biden, which could open up this case to benefit millions of Americans.
• Tomorrow is the Department of Justice’s deadline to produce extensive information requested by the judge in the Navy SEAL 1 v. Biden case.
• We are helping with last-minute preparations for the hearing scheduled for Monday, Nov. 15, regarding Navy SEAL 1 v. Biden.
• All this is in addition to the many individuals requesting urgent help. Some break down and cry because they don’t know what to do and they are so thankful we are there for them.

Amid the stress, we are continuing to make progress for individual religious exemptions. Daily we receive a “thank-you” when another successful religious exemption is received.

• “My exemption request was approved this morning after I sent your [clergy] letter. I just wanted to say thank you again. Words cannot express.”
• “Wanted to share the good news that my request for exemption from the shot has been approved! God has heard and answered! Thank you for all your prayers, help and advice. I will continue to pray for ... those going through this horrific time.”
• “I want to thank you for writing that religious exemption [clergy] letter for me. I met with my HR today, and I was approved for an exemption and accommodation. The Lord blessed me today.”
• “I’m very happy to let you know my religious accommodation was approved … it’s a big relief for myself and my family already. Thanks so much for your support during this process.”
