This week, California passed a bill out of committee that permits killing full-term babies up to nearly a week after they are born, if the death/murder is “due to a pregnancy-related cause.”

Since the entire baby and its birth is “pregnancy-related,” it would be hard to come up with a death that was not “a pregnancy-related cause.” This is bloodcurdling.

America is facing a massive battle over abortion this year. Sandra Merritt revealed in her undercover videos that some abortionists were aborting babies and harvesting their organs while the babies were still alive. And in D.C., shocking pictures of babies aborted late term recently surfaced.

There is a bill in Congress that will make it illegal to murder—intentionally or by neglect—any child that is born alive regardless of where they were born. The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act (Born Alive Act) already has 204 co-sponsors in the House and 46 in the Senate (HR 619 and S 123). California’s bill AB 2223 states that “a person shall not be subject to civil or criminal liability or penalty … based on their actions or omissions with respect to their pregnancy or actual, potential, or alleged pregnancy outcome, including miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion, or perinatal death due to a pregnancy-related cause.”

“Perinatal death” is defined as: “death after 24 completed weeks gestation and before 6 completed days of life.” This bill will allow the murder of a baby up to six days after birth!

This bill is moving forward in California! The murder of innocent babies must stop. We recently reported about the shocking discovery from a D.C. abortion facility involving late-term abortions where the abortionist apparently punctured the base of the skull and sucked out the baby’s brains.

It is time to demand these crimes against humanity end. Tell Congress to pass the Born Alive Act (HR 619 and S 123) with your urgent faxes to demand our nation STOP infanticide now!

The CA bill doesn’t stop there. It also erases the requirement for a coroner to investigate a newborn’s death. At the same time, if a coroner does investigate and finds a suspicious cause of death, this bill will “prohibit using the coroner’s statements … to establish, bring, or support a criminal prosecution or civil cause of damages against any person,” according to the Legislative Counsel’s Digest.

So, IF a coroner decided to investigate and IF the coroner found evidence of the murder of a 6-day-old baby, this bill would prevent the prosecution from using this evidence.

This leaves helpless children hopelessly blocked from ever getting justice.

We cannot bury our heads in the sand and pretend these deaths are not happening. Caught on camera by Sandra Merritt, a Planned Parenthood abortionist said she developed a way to harvest organs intact while breech birthing the baby and removing the organs while the head remained inside the womb. This brutality is unimaginable!

The five babies in Washington, D.C., whose bodies were intercepted show evidence of being born alive and then butchered. These are part of a long string of evidence of horrific injustice. I have copies of a brochure from 1999 that advertised for sale baby hearts, livers, bones, brains and heads. The list includes more than 20 parts “for sale” from these babies.

But the media ignores this and people in our “justice system” sweep it under the rug. We must act now to stop the carnage.

We only need a few more legislators to pass the Born Alive Act. This bill will establish punishments for anyone who participates in infanticide of babies earmarked for abortion.
