Yesterday, the Supreme Court overruled Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey!

The Court wrote: “Roe was egregiously wrong from the start. We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled. It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives.” (emphasis added)

Now that abortion has been overruled at the High Court, our work in Congress and the states will intensify. The battle has escalated to a new level—even to the point of attempted assassination plots.

Nicholas Roske, 26, armed with a Glock 17, knife and bulletproof vest, and equipped with a suitcase full of zip ties, duct tape, trash bags, crowbar, screwdriver, hammer and pepper spray, showed up at the home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Roske planned to kill a sitting Supreme Court Justice because of the ruling, which was pending at the time, expected to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Remember how Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) stood on the steps of the Supreme Court and threatened these Justices by name in March 2020? He said, "I want to tell you, Gorsuch; I want to tell you, Kavanaugh: You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won't know what hit if you go forward with these awful decisions."

But it is Schumer, the rest of the Democrat leadership and their radical supporters who have unleashed a whirlwind of violence. Believe me, we see it in Washington, D.C., and we are taking extra security measures.

An abortion coalition called “Jane’s Revenge” that is responsible for firebombing and damaging dozens of pro-life centers posted this in its manifesto: “We have demonstrated in the past month how easy and fun it is to attack.”

Meanwhile, congressional Democrats are frantically pushing a bill that goes far beyond Roe or Planned Parenthood v. Casey in enabling and legalizing limitless abortions. A Twitter account known as @RuthSentUs posted maps to the homes of six Supreme Court justices. It did not take long for pro-abortion terrorists to act on this information.

The account is reportedly run by Democrat activist Sam Spiegel, who bills himself as a Ph.D. from San Francisco. In addition to “Ruth Sent Us” (a reference to late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg), Spiegel also runs several other Twitter accounts to spread his vitriol.

In 2018, just months after another crazy attempted to assassinate 17 members of Congress as they played baseball, Spiegel tweeted, “If you support Trump today, you’re a Nazi and should be run out of polite society.”

On June 24, 2018, Spiegel tweeted that “everyone who supports this [Trump] regime deserves to be ambushed.”

Jane’s Revenge added this in its recently released manifesto: “any anti-choice group who closes their doors, [sic] and stops operating will no longer be a target. But until you do, it’s open season, and we know where your operations are. ... Through attacking, we find joy.”

We cannot be silent in the face of this violence. Rush your faxes to Congress to demand that these children have the chance for life.

On June 7, just one hour before the assassination attempt on Justice Kavanaugh, Spiegel’s @RuthSentUs tweeted a picture of a man whose hands had been cut off and his eyeballs gouged from his body, with the comment, “POLITENESS IS CAPITULATION!! Let’s put that on a t-shirt and wear it to Kavanaugh and Roberts’ homes.”

Thankfully, Nicholas Roske was arrested on the sidewalk near Justice Kavanaugh’s home. There is no doubt Roske planned to kill Justice Kavanaugh. It is not clear whether he knew that if a Justice dies before the abortion opinion is officially released, his or her vote will not count.

Meanwhile, there is no outrage from the White House or Democrat leaders about the assassination attempt. This silence emboldens violence. Instead, Joe Biden jumped on Air Force One to make a lighthearted appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel Live! show.

We have intel from multiple law enforcement agencies about heightened security threats in D.C. Law enforcement is on high alert. Today, several streets in the nation’s capital are shut down by radical abortion advocates laying their bodies on the street. We are taking additional security measures.

This is truly a battle of life and death. It is stunning that so many crazed individuals support death and have no concern for human life and dignity. Meanwhile, some members of Congress are pushing abortion bills to force the states to continue abortions after the presumed Supreme Court ruling has taken Roe and Casey down. Tell Congress—Vote NO on all abortion-enabling measures!

The pro-death abortion lobby has sunk to the most disturbing levels of demonically inspired activity we have witnessed since the inception of Roe v. Wade. Pro-life centers have been firebombed, churches vandalized, the spouses and children of Justices terrorized by screaming topless women who have stained the crotches of their shorts with red paint.

“If abortions are not safe, neither are you” has been spray-painted in front of more than a dozen churches and ministries in one week alone.

Abortion advocates have become unhinged at the thought that “clinics” may no longer be able to butcher thousands of children per day.

The atmosphere among congressional Democrats has become so radical that, so far, they will not accept a bill to codify Roe offered by pro-abortion Republican Senators Lisa Murkowski (AK) and Susan Collins (ME). Instead, Democrats are working on their own legislation that will not only codify Roe and Casey but will also end ALL restrictions on abortion, including late-term abortions, partial-birth abortions and so on.

Now that the Supreme Court overturned abortion, our work on Capitol Hill, in the states and in the courts has intensified. We need your help.
