A critical vote on abortion is scheduled in the U.S. House on Friday! Today, the House is holding a hearing on two radical abortion bills: the Women’s Health Protection Act of 2022 (HR 8296) and Ensuring Access to Abortion Act of 2022 (HR 8297). Both of these bills provide unfettered access to abortion without parental consent, without ultrasounds and even with abortion via Skype.

Make no mistake, Democrats (and two Republicans) are still frantically working to push abortion bills through at the federal level. The time to fight back against this is now.

These bills are more radical than Roe v. Wade. Legislators in Congress are desperate to return America to the bloody reign of states being forced to allow abortion. Just one of these bills could erase all efforts in the courts and in state legislatures to protect innocent human life!

There are several abortion bill versions in both chambers. And some of them can come up for a vote again at any moment.

The Women’s Health Protection Act states it will do all of the following:

Specifically, governments (including at the state level) may not limit a provider's ability to:

• Prescribe certain drugs.

• Offer abortion services via telemedicine.

• Immediately provide abortion services when the provider determines a delay risks the patient's health.

Furthermore, governments may not require a provider to:

• Perform unnecessary medical procedures.

• Provide medically inaccurate information.

• Comply with credentialing or other conditions that do not apply to providers whose services are medically comparable to abortions.

• Carry out all services connected to an abortion.

We have very little time to block this. I urge you to act now to send faxes to as many senators as possible and urge them to block these deadly bills.

Abortion is not a constitutional right.

While the High Court in 1973 invented a “right” to abortion, there is nothing in the Constitution to protect the killing of innocent people.

There is nothing in the 14th Amendment about abortion or personal “privacy.” If anything, properly applying the 14th Amendment to abortion should protect the right to life of the child as a “person.” It states, “nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.”

The U.S. Supreme Court correctly ruled that “Roe was egregiously wrong from the start.” However, if this bill is allowed to pass, it will make abortion permanent once again.

We must fight to protect the lives of these precious children. Send faxes right away to block this bill and give these children a chance to grow, laugh, play and learn. And encourage the governors to Protect Life and End Abortion.

These bills are far outside the limited powers given to the federal government. No authority has been given to Congress to tell state legislatures and local governments how they will treat abortion providers.

This is a desperate, last-ditch attempt by radicals on Capitol Hill to keep murdering innocent children. If they are successful, so many hard-fought state legislative limits on abortion providers will be erased. In addition, the victories approving three Justices under Trump will be rendered ineffective.

With Rule 14, the bills already passed in the House can be voted on at any moment in the Senate. There is no time to delay. Send your urgent fax to as many U.S. senators as possible to oppose this bill.
