There are at least 53 people in the U.S. Senate who want to codify abortion. At any moment, 51 of them could decide their desire for abortion outweighs the 60-vote filibuster rule. Only 51 votes are needed to abolish the Senate’s longstanding rule that is designed to protect the minority voice and provide for more deliberate deliberation.

If the filibuster is abolished, EVERY ABORTION RESTRICTION for every state and EVERY PROTECTION FOR CONSCIENCE AND RELIGIOUS LIBERTY for religious hospitals, health care workers and pharmacists WILL BE OVERTURNED.

At a recent fundraiser in New York, Joe Biden decried the Dobbs decision that overturned unconstitutional abortion decisions, saying that abortion is “about freedom.” But killing helpless children is not freedom. It is genocide.

Every abortionist must account for each broken body part of the aborted babies to make sure nothing remains in the uterus. No matter how small the baby might be, the scene is gut-wrenching. These are babies.

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) knows time is running out, and his constituents are angry to get an abortion bill passed. The most extreme bills have already passed the House, and Schumer can bring them up at any time.

Joe Biden was not alone in this twisted effort. Kamala Harris called pro-lifers “extremists.” Biden/Harris are pressuring the Senate to pass the abortion bills and abolish the filibuster if they can’t get 60 votes.

Harris says she “cannot wait to cast the deciding vote to break the filibuster on voting rights and reproductive rights.” Abortion is one of her top two priorities. If the filibuster is gone, a flood of evil bills will be passed.

Biden has directed the Department of Veterans Affairs to announce that the VA will be performing abortion—in all 50 states. And not just on veterans, but also on their “eligible family members.”

The majority in the Senate is desperate to pass abortion. And they want to go even beyond Roe v. Wade. Senators are having constant conversations, brainstorming how they will fight to push abortion, even during the budget process.

The abortion bills are so extreme they will do all of the following:

• Remove parental notification and consent, which means minors will have full unfettered access to abortion for all 9 months.   
• Erase ultrasound requirements.
• Eliminate informed consent.
• Dismiss waiting periods.
• Cancel admitting privileges mandates for abortionists to provide continuing care to a mother after a botched abortion.
  
• Throw open the door to chemical abortions via Skype or Zoom.  
• Ban any “prohibition or restriction on a particular abortion procedure” prior to “fetal viability.” This permits the gruesome “partial birth abortion” procedure—all while the baby is still alive.  
• And throw out every other restriction you can imagine by stating access to abortion “shall not be limited or otherwise infringed.”

Our senators need to hear from you, demanding our nation close this bloody chapter of our federal government forcing states to offer abortions.

For nearly 50 years, unelected Supreme Court ideologues in black robes invented a “right” to kill children and thereby forced states to stand back while children were slaughtered.

We must never travel down this road again. Millions of lives will be lost if we don’t stop the shedding of innocent blood.

Sen. Schumer, by using Rule 14, can bring this bill to the Senate floor at any moment. We have fought so hard to overturn Roe v. Wade in the U.S. Supreme Court. We cannot let this victory be in vain.

We must not let them cave or else the filibuster will be abolished. This will open the floodgates of evil.
