The battle for religious freedom is red hot inside our military. We are STILL seeing forced COVID shots being pushed incessantly inside our service branches—in direct defiance of multiple court orders. This lawlessness is threatening to weaken our military.

This week, we expect a vote on a MASSIVE military spending bill in the Senate. Right now, we have an incredible opportunity to demand justice for military men and women who were punished and financially harmed or kicked out of the military altogether because of their faith and refusal to get COVID shots.

We are on the front lines defending those who defend us. Our team has been working day in and day out for more than a year pushing for a solution in the courts and in Congress.

Sens. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Mike Lee (R-UT) just announced an excellent amendment to a must-pass military funding bill that will force the Department of Defense to end the mandate, reinstate and give back pay to those who were kicked out over these shots.

Congress is making a huge decision this week:

Will it continue the severest punishments against patriots who received the greatest punishments for standing for their faith and refusing the COVID shots in our military?

Or will Congress use this must-pass funding bill to demand that the military reinstate and give back pay to those who declined the experimental COVID shot and stood on their convictions?

After a decade of honorably serving in our military, our government is bankrupting people of faith and kicking them out. It is demanding the return of their bonuses, education and training. It is stripping these men and women of their last pennies, denying them their final paycheck, evicting them from housing with little to no warning and completely abandoning them! Many are being forced to live with their parents while they get back on their feet.

In the U.S. House last week, we got some great news. The current version of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is amended (because of our efforts) to block the military from mandating the COVID shots. This is huge for many service members. But it is not enough. The current version only ends the mandate but does nothing to end the punishment.

But for the people who objected to the COVID shots and have already been punished for their faith, that punishment can continue under the way this House bill is written. This bill does nothing to fix the injustice for those already forced out of the military or who are currently being punished.

This is why we need Sens. Cruz and Lee’s amendment to protect our service members! Don’t let Joe Biden cleanse the military of Christians and people of faith. Send urgent faxes to Congress to plead for justice for these services members!

As this bill currently stands, it creates a loophole where the military could kick out everyone who objected up to this point and then claim to “follow” this law after it goes into effect. The mandate could be reimposed. And worse, the military could continue to punish these faithful service members.

This would be a huge miscarriage of justice. If we don’t undo the injustice, it could be too late as our military would already be scrubbed of anyone with a conscience or religious objection.

Biden is kicking honorable Christian and faithful heroes out of the military. Like Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in the Bible, these faithful believers refused to reject God in favor of lawless government edicts. And they are facing horrible, abusive consequences for taking that stand.

The LAW is NOT on Joe Biden’s side.

We are continuing to help the legal cases and lawsuits asking the court to STOP Biden’s unlawful mistreatment of our military heroes, federal employees and civilian contractors. The Department of Defense wants us to stop suing them.

Instead, we have added even more plaintiffs and defendants to my lawsuit, and we added more legal arguments and irrefutable information that the military is denying and abusing these defenders of freedom.

We have A LOT more work ahead. We have not seen such tyranny in our lifetime. Pray for our team to be able to fight and overcome these evil mandates. And please pray for the service members now awaiting their fate.
