Last night, the US Senate passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) with a House amendment that requires the military shot mandate be repealed. The amendment from Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) to restore the rights and rank of those who have already been punished was rejected.

Yesterday, we hosted Lt. Col. (Ret) Dr. Pete Chambers and arranged meetings for him with members of the Senate. Joe, his military bomb sniffing dog who has jumped out of airplanes over 40 times, walked the halls of Congress as Dr. Chambers shared his personal knowledge as a 39-year veteran injured by the Moderna shot. Biden’s mandate has had a devasting impact on the military and the lives of so many heroes.

The military shot mandate could end in January for the COVID-19 shot, but more needs to be done to stop the abuse and restore those who were punished and discharged because of Biden’s unlawful mandate. The story below is one of the many thousands of reasons we must fight to restore our abused heroes.

On the same day, two Christian Marines and their young families were notified they would be kicked out of the Marine Corps and military housing—in just 48 hours—for not getting the COVID shot.

One Marine called my office, the other did not.

Now one of these families remains employed and in base housing while another family is now jobless and homeless. We have the opportunity to right his horrible wrong. Urge Congress to reverse these punishments and reinstate the men and women who were punished or discharged.

I said from the beginning that Biden’s shot mandate has nothing to do with health and military readiness. It has always been a ruse used to purge the military of service members who love God and love America. While stopping the mandate going forward is a good step, we MUST not be content to think this is enough. We MUST not abandon our brave heroes. The story below is just the tip of the iceberg. revealing how many service members this year are now civilians because of this evil mandate.

Jeff* and Zachariah* are both devout Christians serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. These Marines believe in duty to God, family and country.  

When Joe Biden’s COVID shot mandates for the military were announced, both men investigated the shots and had serious concerns about them.

Both men dutifully submitted religious exemption requests to the shots. The Marines acknowledged that their religious beliefs were sincere. But like every other request made by thousands of Marines, they were denied.

Then, their base command informed both men they would be kicked out of the Marine Corps in just 48 hours. They, along with their wives and small children. The wife of one Marine is 3 1/2 months pregnant with no insurance.

Thankfully, Zachariah reached out to my office regarding our massive lawsuit against the Biden administration’s military shot mandates.

Within just two hours of our pleading to the court, Judge Steven Merryday issued a temporary restraining order preventing the military from firing or evicting Zachariah and his family.

Unfortunately, Jeff did not know about our work here at Liberty Counsel. Right now, Jeff is no longer a Marine, and the family was forced to move home with his parents ... all because he refused to reject his faith.

The bill in Congress is a partial victory because it will end these illegal shot mandates. BUT IT WILL LEAVE MEN LIKE JEFF BEHIND. It gives Jeff nothing. But there is an amendment by Sens. Ted Cruz and Mike Lee that will offer men like Jeff the back pay they are owed, a clean record, and the ability to return if they would like their old job back.

Send urgent faxes to Congress to plead for justice for our service members. We cannot leave these men and women behind. It would be a great Christmas present to offer reinstatement for people like Jeff, whose family was forced to move into his parents’ house!

The biggest difference between Jeff and Zachariah is YOU. Without YOU, the faithful supporter of our ministry, Zachariah would not have had the help to fight Joe Biden’s government gone mad. Like Jeff, Zachariah and his family would be jobless and homeless if it were not for YOUR help.
