This year was a whirlwind, and I want to share some of its best moments with you.  

At the beginning of 2022, Roe v. Wade was still the “law of the land” and the murder of children was commonplace—even in states that abhorred it. My team helped submit an amicus brief that was key to overturning this ruling. Our brief was even cited in the final decision overturning Roe.   

Every donor to Liberty Counsel Action was key to reversing this ruling. It has been one of the greatest honors. But our work didn’t stop there.

In 2022, LCA:

• Helped support one of the undercover journalists who exposed Planned Parenthood’s sale of aborted baby body parts.   
• Fought "abortion pill-by-mail" drugs  
• Urged investigation of the murdered newborn babies in D.C.  
• Provided policy and legal advice to states banning abortions. 

Each one of these victories is because of you and your prayers and support for our ministry. December is the most crucial month for funding our vital work. For that reason, now is the best time to give. And that's especially true because the impact of your gift will be DOUBLED through our Year-End Challenge Grant. 

Your gift helped protect the lives of millions of future Americans, but this battle is far from over. The battle for life is being pushed to all 50 states and our team is advising on as many state laws as we can in preparation for the upcoming legislative season.

Much of our time this year was spent pushing back against the tyranny and control cloaked in COVID mandates. With your prayers and God’s leading, we have: 

• Unveiled the evil past of the World Health Organization Director-General and rallied international outcry to stop the organization’s demands for international power including Vaccine Passports.   
• Exposed the CDC, FDA and White House’s lies and contradictions.   
• Worked with Congress to pass a law that prohibits our military from mandating COVID shots. Indeed, we were the leading voice on Capitol Hill on this issue.
• Overturned a proof of vaccine requirement for those wanting to flee Ukraine.   
• Exposed the inhumane treatment of non-injected military members and helped sue every single branch of our military.
• Blocked the doubling of taxes for the unvaccinated.  
• Exposed the suffering of those under lockdown in China.
• Fought government databases tracking religious exemptions.
• Stopped the Department of Homeland Security’s “Disinformation Governance Board.”

I have been brought to tears so many times this year with the suffering of people for their faith. I never thought I would see this in America. But I have also seen the power of obedience and the depth of gratitude from people we have helped set free.

 On Capitol Hill, we had a lot of success blocking much of the legislation from radicals that would have deeply and permanently altered our nation for the worse. We blocked:

• The “Equality Act” (HR 5)  
• Five radical pro-abortion bills  
• Federal election fraud bills (HR 1 and HR 4)
• The “Transgender Bill of Rights” from trampling religious freedom  
• And many elements of the “Build Back Better,” including parts of the Green New Deal and its inflation-causing principles. 

Every day, we can encourage policies that help people find hope and freedom—and that is due to you.  

Like the movie It’s a Wonderful Life, I couldn’t imagine an America where the Equality Act had passed, where abortions were still being forced in all 50 states, or if we had lost so many other battles that you helped us win!

Or like two parallel universes in Back to the Future, it’s a good reminder of what life could be like based on our actions or inactions. We have a choice to make and a part to play to help shape the future.
