Threats are swirling that are so much more sinister than just a spy balloon. I’ll explain below.

Yesterday Gov. Kristi Noem (R-SD) publicly addressed the threat of China. News broke that military intelligence was tracking the Chinese spy balloon when it launched from Hainan Island, China — long BEFORE it entered American air space. Yet, Gov. Noem said she was not even informed that this spy balloon was hovering over her state until it had already passed.

Instead, Joe Biden waited almost a week for the balloon to travel across the rest of our nation before finally shooting it down. It could have been shot down off the coast of Guam or the Aleutian Islands along the southern tip of Alaska.

This could have easily been stopped. But it wasn’t. The Biden administration was completely silent and inactive as this intelligence threat meandered over our nation and hovered over Montana’s Minutemen III launch facilities.

Now we are told this was not the first time that America was under China’s balloon surveillance. “People’s Liberation Army (PLA) has sent spy balloons over Guam before, as well as Hawaii, to monitor U.S. military installations,” Department of Defense (DOD) officials admitted.

This is a wake-up call. Our food, medicine, military, cars, phones, illegal immigration and so much more are being manipulated by communist China. Congress desperately needs to investigate China, demand transparency and act decisively to protect Americans.

Chinese-run interests already own and control at least 384,000 acres of land in agriculture production in the United States. Gov. Noem states that Chinese-owned land has seen a 5,300% increase. “We don’t want nations that hate us to infiltrate our state,” she said.

But it’s not just land. Smithfield Foods, a massive meat processing and packaging company, is now owned by WH Group, a Hong Kong-based publicly traded company. And China has countless interests in and ownership of other food production lines.

“The Chinese know that if they control our food supply, then they will control our nation.” As Gov. Noem points out, China is well on its way.

In addition, Chinese interests are picking up land in strategic locations near advanced military bases. A large farm just 12 miles from the advanced drone military base in Grand Forks, ND, is just one example.

China not only controls a massive amount of the supply, processing and distribution of our food, it is also buying land near military operations … because a spy balloon is not enough. They want 24/7 surveillance of these locations.

And at the same time, there is a huge surge of Chinese illegal immigrants illegally crossing our southern border. Numbers are up 700% compared to last fiscal year, and the vast majority of Chinese illegals are single adults.

There is no time to waste. We need to act immediately. This is an urgent matter of national security.

It’s not just food. China wanted to buy the Michigan-based Henniges Automotive under Obama’s administration, but the China-based company Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC) has been sanctioned five times and even placed on a watch list monitoring “activities that could result in an increased risk of ... weapons of mass destruction (WMD).” But that didn’t stop them from wanting to buy Henniges Automotive, a company that produced technology with potential military use.

So, Hunter Biden got to work.

He signed a massive deal with the state-owned Bank of China to create a billion-dollar shell investment fund called Bohai Harvest RST (BHR). Then the Obama-Biden administration approved the sale of Henniges Automotive, and suddenly an American dual-use technology manufacturer and supplier is under China’s control.

But the real winner was the AVIC. This is confirmed by an email on Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop, which says, “Congratulations ... BHR, AVIC close $600 mln [million] buy of Henniges Auto.”

Now this Chinese company on a watch list for weapons of mass destruction has control of four manufacturing locations across Iowa, Missouri, Oklahoma and North Carolina, thanks to Hunter and Joe Biden’s teamwork. China can produce parts with military applications — in our own backyard.

This is absolutely chilling! It appears that the national security of America is available to the highest bidder! In addition, several military training schools on the East Coast have been purchased by Chinese controlling interests in Florida and New York.

We need to investigate so much more than just a balloon. Why are Chinese groups buying our military application manufacturing locations, purchasing land near military bases, scoping up our military training academies and illegally pouring across our borders?

Any one of these things is a threat … but all of them comprise an attack of Cold War proportions. America needs to wake up and catch up! Tell Congress to investigate China and demand transparency and decisive action!

Everything from Tylenol to many of our phones are being manufactured and shipped from China. China is a growing threat.
