Dr. Charles Morgan gave a shocking presentation at West Point Academy about what is currently possible regarding psycho-neurobiological chemical development that can control, and even selectively kill, specific individuals or classes of people. This chilling power can be wielded by sci-fi assassins — or by foreign military strategists and globalists like the World Health Organization (WHO). Not surprisingly, China has been engaged in such development for some time. I will share more about this presentation below.

Technology has changed so rapidly that even our military is struggling to keep up with new frontiers that sound impossible.

Yesterday, the WHO held a meeting with global lobbyists who are pushing hard to urge every nation present to pass amendments to the WHO’s governing documents to give it binding global authority.

And when this power is paired with these new technologies ... there will be no limit to what these eugenic globalists can accomplish. It will give the WHO complete control, not just over actual emergencies, but over “potential” threats to “public health.”

We cannot allow these new amendments to pass. They will force every state in America to bow to the legally binding opinions of the WHO.

Joe Biden wants to give unlimited global authority to the WHO. At the same time, there are unbelievable developments in psycho-neurobiological human manipulation and control combined with technology that can detect and coerce those who dissent from the twisted propaganda.

Dr. Charles Morgan is a Yale University graduate and a professor at the University of New Haven’s Department of National Security. With his background in the CIA and his work with the military, he gave the following information in a presentation at West Point Academy on technology for medical warfare and what he shared (even before COVID) is stunning.

“You can engineer anything. You can engineer a unique thing that would only kill one person in the world … you put in a specific gene slicing program what you like and you can make as much as you like.” Then insert that into a batch of “vaccines.” It would be harmless to the population except to the one person with the DNA match that it would kill. This would be nearly untraceable.

Medical technology doesn’t stop there. It also has “the capacity to create a new product, as long as you know the DNA sequence; you can insert it into a living system, and you can remotely control it.”

If you want a product placed in someone’s brain that would affect how they think or act, one way to do that would be stem cells. You can infuse them in a person, and they can find their way into the brain.

These cells can be designed for specific targets, strategically placed, and remotely controlled. They are even capable of “Timed on and off release of information on demand.”

This is what the Chinese are doing with DNA, and Dr. Morgan says the “Chinese are convinced” this is the way of the future!

Dr. Morgan even discusses how this could be used on rats or cockroaches, which could all be controlled by one human mind. With similar technology, monkeys use nothing but their minds to control robotic arms.

It is chilling to mix this power of recent medical technology with the global control and absolute power sought by the WHO. Its leaders hold a Marxist viewpoint that dismisses the value of human life. The WHO can easily access the DNA of most every citizen and then use this medical technology to selectively remove any dissenter!

Or just mandate another “vaccine” to inject the populace with whatever you wish. Bill Gates’ dream of reducing human population becomes an instant reality.

Biden is pushing to give the WHO and other globalists unlimited power over the whole world! I urge you to call on every U.S. senator to take an immediate stand to defend America by demanding Biden withdraw every proposed amendment to WHO’s health regulations.

It is not just the future that’s at risk ... it’s also the past.

Dr. Morgan says it is possible to give people memories that aren’t real. He said, “[W]e’ve come a long way.” Chemicals can wipe out or enhance memory. In addition, stress was used to create false memories in 900 people. “If you change the past, you change human behavior.”

In addition, current decisions are also at risk. Dr. Morgan states, “You could implant electrodes on brain tissue and then take a biological signal and turn it into an electrical signal and amplify it.”

This has shocking implications for the future ability of implanted chips to read your mind or control your behavior. Remember the implantable chips for monetary transactions we discussed regarding Central Bank Digital Currency? Or the same technology for Vaccine or Digital Health Passports?

Dr. Morgan discussed experiments with control signals coming from outside of the brain. Scientists are making headway on sending impulse messages into someone’s brain without a surgical implant!

There is a lot to unpack. But one thing for sure is we do not want to have the WHO in control of public health. A third global meeting is scheduled for this Thursday, April 27. These globalists are serious about pushing these amendments forward as soon as possible.

Can you even imagine giving the WHO, Bill Gates, the World Economic Forum, and other globalists this kind of control of the world? This would be a death knell to freedom.

We need to stop this usurpation of global political power before it is too late! Rush your faxes to as many senators in Congress as possible to stop the WHO from passing these amendments!
