The World Health Organization (WHO) is preparing for widespread testing to bypass your consent or knowledge of being tested, and to manipulate test results.

The WHO is also building its own network of medical testing laboratories. This network would allow the WHO to monitor, or even control, lab results. The WHO could alter the testing ranges, turning what is “normal” to “high” or vice versa. In addition, this global network could be used to crush medical labs that are outside the WHO network.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), about 70% of medical decisions depend on laboratory test results. If the test results can be manipulated, then the results will directly affect our health care treatment options.

The WHO has found the key to controlling the world through “health care.” Everything falls under this rubric. And as COVID made evident, fear motivates people to sacrifice freedom for safety.

The CDC has already launched what it is calling the National Wastewater Surveillance System (NWSS). This was developed under COVID “to coordinate and build the nation’s capacity to track the presence of SARS-CoV-2 … in wastewater samples collected across the country … NWSS is transforming independent local efforts into a robust, sustainable national surveillance system.” (emphasis added)

Now our government is testing, tracking, and surveilling human waste. You don’t have to give consent. And you can’t opt out.

This monitoring system was first developed and launched in Pakistan, according to BeTruthful co-founder Margo Knorr. Now in test cases across America, our government was able run daily wastewater tests to see if anyone had COVID.

The implications of such testing are far reaching. If you have government- supplied water and sewer, you may be a part of this involuntary testing for COVID. The government can determine if anyone in your home or neighborhood has COVID, or anything else that it wants to test!

We know the CDC is tracking wastewater for COVID. And the WHO wants to do that globally. The WHO wants total and complete power. We must stop the WHO while we have time. Send your urgent faxes to members of Congress to oppose the WHO treaty and its global Vaccine Passports.

In the new proposed Pandemic Treaty (DRAFT Bureau’s text of the WHO CA+) released May 22, 2023, the word “laboratory,” or its plural form, is mentioned 17 times. What the WHO envisions here is quite apparent.

The WHO wants “to strengthen surveillance systems and laboratory capacity in promoting and implementing One Health approach” throughout the world. It plans to regulate, strengthen, and integrate these labs, and to make a determination as to which labs are the “authorized laboratories.” Then it will apply “international standards” on each of these labs.

The power to designate “authorized laboratories” is also the power to destroy labs that are not “authorized.”

I can’t emphasize enough that WE MUST STOP THE WHO TAKEOVER OF THE U.S. and the world by sending urgent faxes to demand members of Congress do everything in their power to protect American sovereignty.

The WHO will provide authorized laboratories “pathogens with pandemic potential or subsequent variants to a laboratory recognized or designated as part of an established WHO coordinated laboratory network.”

And, of course, America and other countries will foot the bill.

The WHO “will provide resources to assist Parties ... with regards to capacity building, strengthening of health systems and laboratory capacities,” and the WHO states the money will come from America and other nations. The Biden administration has already promised billions to the WHO to entice nations to support the 307 amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) and the Pandemic Treaty.

During COVID, the federal purse controlled health care protocols by compensating hospitals to diagnose patients with COVID and then follow a prescribed protocol (Remdesivir and ventilators). People died because of this protocol. Giving this level of power to a One World Government is unthinkable. I shudder to imagine.
