When my client, Helen*, was on a 10-mile run, she had a frightening encounter. At the end of the trail, a man jumped out of the bushes and attacked her. Fortunately, she was able to fight off the attacker and escape, frantically running back to her car.

When Helen and her husband returned to the scene, they found duct tape that the would-be rapist planned to use to tie up Helen and rape or kill her.

This kind of experience stays with a woman.

And this is what explains Helen’s traumatic experience at a Planet Fitness. Her experience should be a warning.

If the “Equality Act” (HR 15) passes, what Helen experienced at the gym will be commonplace. Women will not be safe — ANYWHERE!

BUT WE CAN BEAT THIS DANGEROUS BILL. Here’s the plan … We must flood every legislative office possible with faxes and DEMAND they VOTE NO on the misnamed “Equality Act.”

Hoping to enjoy a nice workout at Planet Fitness, Helen was not prepared for what she saw in the women’s bathroom and changing room.

She politely asked Jordan Rich, an obvious biological male, to leave. Instead, Rich smirked and watched her in the mirror where he had a full view of every woman entering or exiting the shower and locker area. Rich remained there for at least an hour to intentionally deny Helen the privacy she desired.

After waiting an hour, Helen complained to the Planet Fitness staff, but they allowed Rich to continue to monopolize the women’s locker room and impede Helen’s rightful use of it.

You see, this was not the first time Rich had gotten in trouble at Planet Fitness. Rich had been involved in other incidents with women at this same location. One woman reported that he exposed his naked body in the women's locker room. Rich was also involved in an argument with another woman over the use of a tanning room.

What happened next is where the story takes a bizarre twist.

Helen decided to leave the gym and go home. It is then that Rich chased Helen across the parking lot to her car. Remember, this is not the first time that Helen has been chased by a man to her car. She ran to get away.

Then Rich called 911 (I have a copy of the recording) to ask for the police and complain that he had been “sexually harassed.” He gave the police a description of Helen and appeared to follow her car’s movement out of the parking lot and even down the street.

All because Helen asked him to leave the women’s locker room.

Planet Fitness was no help. The staff said that Rich had a right to use the women’s locker room if he identified as a woman. While that may have been the stupid policy of Planet Fitness, the Equality Act will force this same nonsense everywhere.

WOMEN WILL NOT BE SAFE ANYWHERE IF THE EQUALITY ACT PASSES.

If HR 15 passes, this insanity will become the norm. And Helen and others like her will become the victims!

HR 15 will give special protections for ALL sexual perversion (including voyeurism, pedophilia, etc.) to be promoted in gyms, schools, online — really everywhere!

Planet Fitness is so woke that it actually canceled Helen’s membership because she complained about the club’s “gender identity” policy. It claimed that she violated an unwritten policy that does not allow one member to judge another member!

Just imagine what would happen if the Equality Act was already the “law of the land.” It would be an uphill battle to defend Helen’s safety or privacy. Not only would these “gender identity” policies be everywhere, but perverts like Rich would also be able to sue people like Helen.

NO ONE will be safe, as no exemptions will be allowed.

No school, church, business, or person will be allowed to separate boys and girls, or men from women, in housing, sleeping arrangements, locker rooms, showers, or sports. On demand, boys must be allowed to use girls’ facilities under the outrageous Equality Act.

Rush your urgent faxes to Congress to stop the “Equality Act.”

This bill is dangerous. It is traumatic for women like Helen to encounter a man in private facilities — especially if they feel trapped.
