For the first time in history, the World Health Organization (WHO) is holding a "Joint INB-WGIHR Briefing" today of BOTH the Pandemic Treaty AND the more than 300 amendments to its International Health Regulations (IHR).

The "INB" is the "Intergovernmental Negotiating Body," and the WGIHR is the "Working Group on Amendments to the International Health Regulations."

WGIHR Co-Chair Dr. Ashley Bloomfield of New Zealand said they have a "mandate to deliver a package of targeted amendments to the IHR and ensure that equity is reflected in the IHR."

"We are confident that we will be able to deliver on our mandate by the 77th World Health Assembly. The will is there," said WGIHR Co-Chair Dr. Abdullah Assiri of Saudi Arabia.

These amendments will give WHO the ability to control all health care options for treatments, force injections, and use tracking and tracing. The WHO will determine what is "essential," control our ability to work and travel, mandate quarantine and isolation without limits, and dictate all trade, commerce, and shipping regulations. The WHO will even mandate border controls — and much more.

Joe Biden is enticing nations to support the WHO amendments by promising that America will provide the funding. The only things standing in the way of the WHO and Biden are YOU and CONGRESS. The WHO originally said it would finalize and publish the documents in January 2024; but as of October 7, 2023, that release has been delayed. The co-chairs said "it appeared unlikely that the package of amendments would be ready by January 2024. In this regard, the Working Group agreed to continue its work between January and May 2024. The Director-General will submit to the 77th Health Assembly the package of amendments agreed by the Working Group."

THIS MEANS WE WILL HAVE NO NOTICE, NO COMMENT PERIOD, AND NO FINAL VERSION UNTIL THE WORLD HEALTH ASSEMBLY IN MAY!

The WHO obviously doesn't want the world to see the final documents until after the member states convene in Geneva.

The more than 300 new amendments require a simple majority vote of the member nations to pass. If Congress does not stop Joe Biden, he will sign America on to these amendments with a simple signature.

The likely reason why the WHO is not releasing the final documents is because member states that don't want to be a part of this tyranny must remove themselves from the WHO SIX MONTHS BEFORE the May meeting.

Remember Nancy Pelosi's comment regarding Obamacare? "We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it." Here we go again!

Only now, radicals are doing this on a global scale! We have limited time to block this new effort. Push back against WHO before it's too late.

The WHO states, "The IHR [amendments] are an instrument of international law that is legally-binding on 196 State Parties ... (the most-recent amendments will come into force in May 2024)." (emphasis added)

An "instrument of international law that is legally binding" WILL cede the sovereignty of America and EVERY signatory to the WHO!
