Joe Biden is facing a problem over the classified documents he willfully retained. He should be prosecuted, but the prosecutor thinks, after interviewing him, that a jury would be sympathetic because of Biden’s failing memory.

This is a devastating affirmation of Joe Biden’s cognitive dissonance.

To counter this mounting challenge of the presumptive nominee, Democrats have a plan to win the White House in 2024. Elon Musk tweeted on X:

1. Get as many illegals in the country as possible.

2. Legalize them to create a permanent majority — a one-party state.
That is why they are encouraging so much illegal immigration. Simple, yet effective."

The George Soros-backed media fiercely attacked.

Going only from the reported votes in the last election, Joe Biden had only 7 million more votes than Donald Trump — that’s about 40 votes per precinct.

However, if you narrow your focus to the top 15 battleground states, then Biden only counted about 1 MILLION votes more than Trump. To put this in perspective, since that vote, Biden has let 10 MILLION illegals into the nation ... and some are planning to vote.

This flood of illegal immigrants who are planning to vote is exactly why Democrats were so adamant about passing the old HR 1/HR 4 (John Lewis Voting Rights Act), making election fraud hard to find, impossible to prove, and punishing anyone who even tries.

Already “more than a dozen communities across the US allow noncitizens to cast ballots in local races, including 11 towns in Maryland and two in Vermont,” according to an AP News report.

And while the media touts the Senate border “deal,” it was no “deal” for Americans. About 20 billion of the 118 billion dollars is going to our border, while at the same time, 10 billion is going to fund terrorists in Gaza through Palestinian “aid,” which Hamas will use to commit acts of terrorism.  We cannot fund terror on the one hand and hope for peace on the other. This so-called border bill includes 98 billion dollars for things that have nothing to do with the border!

Every day that passes, thousands of Americans are losing their vote; it is being canceled by illegals, terrorists, and gang members crossing our border who have every intention to vote.

This “is nothing short of a hostile takeover by Democrats to federalize our state and local elections,” wrote Kyle Hupfer, general counsel for the Republican National Committee. “All Americans should be alarmed by this power grab.”

This is not a new plan. In 2022, Republican Rep. Tom McClintock (CA) tried to add an amendment to the Democrats’ voting fraud bill stating that nothing in the bill would permit noncitizens to vote in federal, state, and local elections. But that amendment was shot down. It failed, 21-12.

Radicals tried to claim that their bill wouldn’t allow illegals to vote, but it gives them ID, then automatically registers them to vote. Despite Democrats’ protests, there is no barrier left to keep people who are here illegally from voting!

I believe this is a critical moment in the future of our nation, and I tremble for America if we do not close our border and stop the election fraud that has already taken a foothold.
