A recent court decision in Indiana upheld a ban on puberty blockers and mutilating surgeries for minors. This ruling will protect children who struggle with their body image or identity.

The court concluded that “children who take hormones for transitioning run a real risk of bone damage, stroke, and infertility. Systematic reviews of the scientific literature have found no evidence to support claims of psychological benefits.”

Twenty-three states have laws protecting minors. However, there is a bill in Congress that will erase every law protecting children and impose a radical LGBTQ agenda on everyone. There will be no exceptions.

HR 15 is not about equality — if it were, the bill would not expressly revoke the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, and it would protect children, not kill them by mandating abortion or forcing doctors to harm them with a sometimes-deadly medical procedure!

Democrats are now five votes away from passing the so-called “Equality Act.” They just picked up another vote — making their count 213. With 218 votes, this bill will pass. A couple years ago, several Republicans voted for the prior version of this bill.

Churches and religious schools must have the right to teach biblical values. Without this freedom, churches and church schools close or go underground. Communist countries relentlessly target churches and their schools to silence them. That is exactly what HR 15 does.

Imagine your children at school being taught by a male “drag queen,” and the school is powerless to say, “No, this violates our biblical beliefs!” Seem far-fetched? It's not.

We had a case of a public elementary school teacher in Madison, Wisconsin, who sent the K-5 children a video telling the youngsters to no longer refer to him as "Mr." From henceforth, they must refer to him as "Mx." because he is "neither male nor female." He says he is "both, and sometimes neither."

If this person, who now goes by "Mx. Steele," taught your children, HR 15 would give him the legal right to do what he did in his public school. Resistance would result in lawsuits by the state attorney general and private individuals for "discrimination."

The Equality Act will force churches and religious schools — pre-K through college — to remain silent and submit.

Not only will churches and religious schools face costly lawsuits, but they'll also lose their tax exemption, and schools will lose accreditation. For most colleges and universities, loss of accreditation is a death sentence.

The nationwide ITT Technical Institute closed after losing accreditation. With students unable to get student loans and not being able to go on to graduate school, the loss of accreditation is devastating.

The Equality Act will also force churches and religious organizations that perform marriage ceremonies to provide the facilities for same-sex ceremonies … or face crushing lawsuits.

Abuse shelters for women will be forced to allow men to sleep in the same rooms with women. Churches will be forced to allow boys to sleep with girls on overnight trips.

The Equality Act will affect everyone — including the individual working part time from home providing goods or services online. It is a massive expansion of the federal government’s domineering power!

Time is short, and every vote counts. Everyone reading this email should respond by sending a fax and/or signing the petition.

Chris Weaver led “worship” at his “church” in New York called Zoe Ministries. Yet Chris would go straight from church to put on makeup and perform in drag as "Nedra Belle" at local specialized bars.

He even bragged to a reporter, “Listen, the children better be ready” for his drag queen performance as “Nedra Belle.”

If the Equality Act becomes law, trying to stop someone like Weaver from performing in drag at your church or synagogue would be met with lawsuits, fines, loss of tax exemption, and more.

By the way, this bill states the “Q” in LGBTQ stands for “Queer.” This word covers the entire universe of “sexual orientations” outside of LGBT — which means it includes "minor-attracted individuals" (pedophilia). This is NOT an exaggeration! Every deviant behavior is covered by the “Q."
