Today, the WHO is meeting to push forward a “Pandemic Treaty” and 300+ amendments to the IHR that will give it full, legally binding, international authority. For now, the WHO’s “guidelines” for air quality “are neither standards nor legally binding criteria, they are designed to offer guidance.”

But this WILL change the instant Joe Biden signs the WHO documents, which grants the WHO legally binding power over the United States and other member nations. It will then control ALL factors that contribute to air quality. The WHO is very clear on its objective.

The WHO states: “Clean air is a basic human right ... it is the greatest environmental threat to health.” The WHO also claims that pollution is “a leading cause of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as heart attacks or stroke.” It then goes on to blame 7 million annual deaths on the “combined effects of outdoor and household air pollution.”

The proposed WHO “agreements” are extremely broad and will threaten our freedom at every turn. Want to drive a gas-powered vehicle? Too bad. Need to have food delivered but all the electric-powered semi-trucks cannot be charged because of weather or some other reason? You can starve.

The WHO states its focus is the “harmonization of surveillance, in order to prevent [and] reduce the risk of ... pandemics” or climate change or anything else it ties to public health.

It has been far too easy for past presidents to enact these sweeping changes with a stroke of a pen. President Bill Clinton signed America on to the North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), which became effective in 1994. Both he and President George H.W. Bush knew they could not reach a 2/3 majority approval of the Senate required under the U.S. Constitution to pass a treaty. So, they simply called these massive trade measures “agreements.”

But these “agreements” have legally binding authority. The U.S. agriculture industry sought to have Country of Origin Labeling (COOL) that would require meat retailers to disclose in which country each item originated. Congress passed this federal law in 2002 to increase our ability to discern quality and have confidence in our food supply.

Canada and Mexico promptly sued the United States for violating the NAFTA “agreement.” After seven years of litigation at the U.N.’s World Trade Organization (WTO) Appellate Panel (a world court), a ruling finally came down. The WTO ordered that the U.S. COOL law violated the international law NAFTA created.

The U.S. was forced to either change its labeling laws or face over a billion dollars in trade sanctions. The U.S. appealed but lost again.

Joe Biden intends to give away our sovereignty by calling this treaty and the IHR amendments an “agreement” so he can force America to bow to the U.N.

Sadly, too many in Congress are unaware of how these international bodies change U.S. law, thanks to the treaties former presidents signed without Senate consent. And, as our staff members on Capitol Hill are learning, very few of those members of Congress have actually read the proposed amendments by Joe Biden and the WHO.

Some of the people who were elected to protect our Constitution are ignorantly discarding it and marching America straight into global rule through United Nations agencies, including the WHO.

What these changes at the WHO will do are breathtaking! They will give the WHO FULL control over our borders, health care, travel, and more.

“The sovereignty of the United States is not negotiable,” House Speaker Mike Johnson says (emphasis added). He’s right! Not now. Not ever!
