This new version of the Pandemic Treaty clearly has a PR spin — but, despite the initial spin, the result is the same.

This version claims to respect “the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of all persons” and national sovereignty, however, this 29-page document immediately proceeds to subvert national sovereignty and individual liberty.

Virtually EVERYTHING we’ve been warning you about is still in this new version.

This Pandemic Treaty (Agreement) establishes the WHO as the world authority by using enforceable language like “shall” respecting each nation (referred to as a “party” or “state”). The treaty states: “To implement the provisions in this Article, each Party shall ... ” (emphasis added). The WHO provides page after page of directives, including all the following:

• Create and internationally share “digital health” passports on everything from test results, mandated vaccines, medical history, and any information the WHO demands.

• Assert WHO’s control for any “risk” of international disease.

• Control “supply chains and logistics.”

• Create health care as a “right” for international socialized medicine.

• Elevate plants, animals, and the ecosystem as equal to human life and then demand standards of control over everything from plants to pets.

• Create an internationally controlled system of official medical laboratories and government-run experiment/testing centers.

• Censor “disinformation” and “misinformation.”

• Control access to approved medicines.

• Force international mandates that will impact local decisions at “community levels.”

• Control development and patents, crippling private property.

• Demand “equity” in health care.

• Control water access and management.

• Enforce certain immoral behaviors for medical staff and facilities to participate in abortion, LGBTQ, force “vaccinations,” and more.

Can you imagine a global body dictating to our government when we can work, if our work is “essential,” whether we can assemble for worship, or where we can travel?

What’s listed in the bullet points above is just the beginning. The WHO reserves the right to create further rules at any time in the future. And there is much more we could list.

This latest version of the WHO document claims it was internally “published” on March 14, 2024, yet there has not been a single article published about it. There has been a complete media blackout — until Liberty Counsel Action exposed the new document.

Time is of the essence to act. The Biden administration supports the new “Pandemic Treaty” along with hundreds of amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR). We must call on Congress to stop this dangerous plan to unilaterally sign on America under the authority of the WHO.
