The March 13 version of the World Health Organization Pandemic Treaty has unclear, undefined, and even conflicting language.

One example of this is in Article 4, Section 3D, where the WHO demands “control measures in all health care facilities and institutions, in line with relevant international standards and guidelines.” Does “health care” modify the word “institutions” or does the WHO have authority over “health care facilities” and “institutions” with no ties to the health care profession? Either way, this is NOT good.

Language like this creates a loophole that can be manipulated to control every aspect of our life.

Rules for thee and not for me...

The WHO states in Article 55, before a vote is taken, proposed language should be made public at least four months prior to the vote. This has not happened. The WHO is not following its own rules.

Yet, the WHO has wants you to follow its rules. There are 164 times that the March 13 document uses the legally binding word “shall” to dictate how nations will act, what they will provide, and how they must respond.

The Illusion of Sovereignty

While the Treaty discusses sovereignty seven times, that conflicts with the conclusion in Article 28, which clearly states that nations can make “declarations,” but those declarations must “not purport to exclude or to modify the legal effect of the provisions of the WHO Pandemic Agreement.”

This draft treaty — in combination with 300-plus amendments being pushed for a vote — clearly states that individual nations can make MORE rules or laws that are MORE restrictive than what the WHO is demanding, but they CANNOT make rules or laws that are LESS restrictive than the WHO’s legally binding standards.

But, if we as a nation cannot exclude or modify provisions that are being forced down our throat, then we have become a nation with no freedom, and we have lost our future.

To what are we ceding our sovereignty?

Any authority we yield to a foreign dictator reduces our rights and freedom. Authority is a zero-sum game. Every bit of control we give up makes America weaker and the WHO stronger.
