We have just 11 days left until the World Health Assembly begins. With momentum building, we can stop the World Health Organization (WHO) IF we don’t let up the pressure.

There are huge developments unfolding almost daily in the U.S. and abroad. The U.K. and 15 other nations have just voiced public opposition to the WHO’s threat to their national sovereignty. But to stop the WHO, we need 97 nations, because a simple majority, or 98 nations, can pass the Pandemic Agreement/Treaty and the amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR).

Many nations are looking to the United States to pay their medical expenses as required in the WHO documents. This carrot is being used as a bribe to convince these nations to abandon their freedom and bow to the WHO. Our tax dollars are paying to push this tyranny!

However, we are making progress on Capitol Hill. We have been meeting with members of Congress at the highest levels, including the critical committees that need to bring up this issue.

We have a limited window to stop the WHO by passing HR 79, HR 1425, and S 444 to defund the WHO and force any WHO agreement to have 2/3 vote of the Senate to become effective.

The WHO was supposed to publish final language in January, according to the WHO Constitution. That did not happen. Violating its own Constitution, the WHO extended the deadlines several times. Then, the WHO hoped to finalize the Pandemic Agreement by March 29, then again by May 10, last Friday. But the WHO failed. Now the WHO has again extended the deadline for two more weeks, leading right up to the World Health Assembly meeting that begins May 27.

Anything can happen between now and the conclusion of the WHA that meets May 27-June 1.

The Marxist director-general of the WHO said he plans to start the WHA and press for a vote.

• 49 U.S. senators issued a public letter to Joe Biden opposing the WHO.

• 50 members of the U.S. House have signed on to HR 1425 opposing the WHO.

• 22 state attorneys general issued a public letter to Biden opposing the WHO.

• Alabama passed a resolution opposing the WHO.

• Louisiana Senate passed a similar bill.

• Many other states are set to pass resolutions or bills opposing the WHO.

• 161 liberal NGOs send a letter to the WHO objecting to the process.

• The U.K. and 15 other nations have said they opposed the WHO.

• And more is happening every day.

But the WHO just announced, “Governments of the world today agreed to continue working on a proposed pandemic agreement, and to further refine the draft” ahead of the WHA.

Because time is so short, I want to ask you to: Send your faxes to Congress. We need to do everything we can to push for an immediate hearing and vote on HR 1425 and HR 79. Even if you have faxed before, they need to hear from you again and again.

The WHO admitted in a press release that “[w]hile negotiations have been challenging at times, all countries agree that the world must be better prepared for the next pandemic. It is not a matter of if a pandemic will happen again; it is a matter of when. We cannot afford to miss this historic opportunity.”

No tyrant should be allowed to cancel our God-given freedom. Urge Congress to do EVERYTHING it can to stop this consolidation of absolute power at the WHO.
