Panic and a New Agreement

May 20, 2024

As panic is hitting the globalists in the run-up to the World Health Assembly, another iteration of the Pandemic Agreement/Treaty was just made available. Reports indicate that less than 10% was agreed to by the whole Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) and another 60% was agreed to by a working group.

On Saturday, the WHO issued a press release that the “State Parties today agreed in principle on a large, ground-breaking package of amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005). ... Negotiators will meet again next week to wrap up their work on the few remaining issues that need to be finalised.” We will discuss this more later this week. We have no way of knowing how close or how far apart the World Health Organization minions are at this point. We can say there has been no final agreement reached on the Pandemic Agreement or the amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR). This is an intense and ongoing battle right now. In their efforts to reach agreement, the WHO is meeting every day this week to find that last-minute compromise.

I have every hope that we can stop the WHO if we do not let up.

We are making incredible progress. Members of our coalition are meeting on Capitol Hill this week with members of Congress to stop the WHO.

We are in the final countdown. There is just one week until the WHO convenes for this global meeting where the pressure for a final vote will be intense. We have a narrow window to act! Urge Congress to stop Joe Biden and the WHO by sending your faxes to Congress today to block the WHO and defund it. — Mat

Our staff is having multiple meetings with high-level individuals on Capitol Hill regarding the fast-breaking developments of the WHO.

We are working overtime to stop the Pandemic Agreement/Treaty and the amendments to the IHR, but we need your help to tell members of Congress that the time to act is NOW. Time is running out.

The new document just released may actually increase our efforts to stop the WHO. These last-minute shenanigans will offend some nations, while others frantically hope they can cobble together at least 98 of the 194 nations to secure a majority vote to pass these freedom-killing measures.

One of the more dangerous sections is one where they might have 98 nations on board — the so-called “One Health” policy.

The WHO amendments demand the “right to health” for everyone, stating, “The enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health, defined as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, is one of the fundamental rights of every human.”

Centralized single-payer health care has utterly failed in Canada and Great Britain. “Medical tourism” developed because people in those nations often have to travel to other countries to get proper and timely health care. If you have a herniated disc, the average time to get it diagnosed can take up to a year or more — then you have to wait AGAIN to have surgery. The average wait time in the U.K. for a non-urgent consult is 18 weeks (4½ months)!

Delay in treatment will make the injury or condition worse and may even lead to untimely death.

Centralized government health care leads to shortages, rising costs, decreased service, long waits, and rationing. Universal single-payer health care is a broken system, but the WHO would expand this globally — IF these amendments pass. And the WHO only needs a simple majority of its member nations to agree. The U.S. vote is critical to the outcome.

We must urge members of Congress to stop Joe Biden.

The WHO amendments are being discussed in a meeting today. We have limited time to block this new effort by the WHO and Joe Biden.

The latest version from the WHO that establishes the WHO as the world authority by using enforceable language like “shall.” “To implement the provisions in this Article, each Party shall ... ” (emphasis added).

In the last version, there were 164 uses of “shall.” However, now, that number has increased to 186. That means there are 22 more mandates for America and every other nation in the version just released.

“The sovereignty of the United States is not negotiable,” said House Speaker Mike Johnson (emphasis added). He’s right! Not now. Not ever!

Members of the Australian Parliament just released a public letter stating: “The IHR Amendments and the WHO Pandemic Treaty will transform the WHO from an advisory organization to a supranational health authority dictating how governments must respond to emergencies which the WHO itself declares.”

The U.K. plus 15 other nations, 49 U.S. Senators, a growing number of U.S. Representatives, 22 State Attorneys General, and several states have now publicly opposed the attempted coup by the WHO.

It is clear that the WHO is already operating outside its authority. Article 55 of the WHO Constitution requires proposed language should be made public at least four months prior to a vote. Panic is setting in because the WHO has not hit any deadline. We are making significant progress, but we cannot let up now.

The WHO is not following its own rules. Our team is working hard to counter these threats. We are meeting with members of Congress to sound the alarm. Partners like you undergird the mission of LC Action to make our vital work possible.
