Shamefully, Joe Biden used his official position at president, and even two uniformed Marines from our armed services, to help him deliver an angry and dangerous speech at Independence Hall in Philadelphia. In that speech, Biden labeled “MAGA Republicans” as a “clear and present danger.”

He asserted that MAGA Republicans were lawless and violent. The irony is that we obtained a class-wide preliminary injunction against the Biden administration because of its lawlessness in violating the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

In his speech, Biden used the “clear and present danger” language because it comes from a Supreme Court case. To mitigate against a “clear and present danger,” the government may seek to violate your First Amendment rights to speech, religion, redress, and assembly. This was intentional, and it is astounding and dangerous.

That initial speech was because he was worried about an election for others. Now Biden is facing his own election. We need to respond now to prevent Biden and his followers from silencing people of faith, and anyone else with whom they disagree.

Biden has already said he intends to codify abortion as a federal law and to pass the “Equality Act” that is the most radical LGBTQ bill imaginable — and he will use government agencies to silence and, yes, even jail people with whom he disagrees. And he wants to control your money with a Central Bank Digital Currency, and he wants to give away your freedoms to a foreign dictator at the World Health Organization. Everything is on the line for this election.

Already we have seen Biden’s team prosecute the innocent and ignore the guilty. We have even seen him use the FBI in pre-dawn raids of innocent pro-lifers in their homes. This is a foretaste of what could happen if we do not vote our values in the next election.

Biden, like Obama, has used government agencies to target people with whom he disagrees. Under Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder and IRS employee Lois Lerner were held in contempt of Congress, but neither one served a day in jail.

Now, Steve Bannon must report to serve a four-month prison sentence. MSNBC alleged Bannon was trying to “summon an army of Christian nationalists.”

This is the America that radicals are envisioning for us. Be warned — if you remain silent, they are coming for you. Their rhetoric has turned deadly serious, and our rights and freedom are under the greatest threat I have ever seen.
