A teacher falsely called in “sick,” claiming “food poisoning” so she could secretly take a student to an abortion clinic during school hours and hide the abortion from the girl’s parents. This teacher “found the facility” and coached the student on what to say to the abortionists.

New Hampshire Education Commissioner Frank Edelblut exposed this horrendous situation and was criticized by The Boston Globe for doing so.

The death cult never ceases to amaze me. How can anyone think it is right to facilitate the death of a child?

But if the Democrat Senate leadership gets its way, they will make what this teacher did LEGAL! The Senate has as many as 104 abortion bills active right now. Most would override existing state laws, including parental consent.

There are four pro-abortion senators who have, so far, refused to change the filibuster, the 60-vote rule to get a bill to the floor in the Senate. If just ONE of them caves, Kamala Harris can break the tie, and the filibuster will be destroyed. These abortion bills (and SO MUCH MORE) will pass the Senate and become law in ALL 50 states.

We cannot fail to answer this call! The most radical agenda imaginable is just ONE pro-abortion vote from passing. We could easily lose the great victory for life that came through the Supreme Court’s 2022 Dobbs ruling.

In addition, governors are facing incredible pressure and rapid-fire litigation regarding abortion. Fax members of the Senate and state leaders to urge them to protect life and end abortion now. — Mat

Now there are more than 100 major pro-abortion bills in the Senate alone. They need only ONE more senator willing to discard the filibuster to make abortion the law of the land.

Democrat Senators Joe Manchin (WV) and Kyrsten Sinema (AZ) said they oppose abolishing the 60-vote filibuster rule. So did Republican Senators Susan Collins (ME) and Lisa Murkowski (AK). But ALL FOUR want to codify Roe v. Wade as federal law.

If only ONE of these four senators caves and supports the “nuclear option” to erase the filibuster, Kamala Harris can break the tie, and the Senate can pass any of the abortion bills. But it will not stop there.

Sen. Collins is one of the four senators we need to protect the filibuster and thereby block these bills. She despised the Dobbs ruling on abortion, saying:

“The threshold question of whether abortion is legal needs to be consistent at a national level. … This ill-considered action … is a sudden and radical jolt to the country that will lead to political chaos, anger and a further loss of confidence in our government.”

Sen. Sinema is from Arizona where violence erupted around the state capitol building with legislators trapped inside. The protesters had to be dispersed with tear gas, and some were arrested. The pressure on members of state legislatures is intense, as it is in the U.S. Congress.

In Washington, D.C., even a U.S. legislator — Rep. Judy Chu (D-CA) — had been arrested for protesting, blocking an intersection, and refusing to obey multiple police requests to leave the area.

Joe Biden has called on Congress to “restore the protections of Roe v. Wade as federal law.” U.S. Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) exclaimed, “The hell with the Supreme Court!”

Do you remember when Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) stood in front of the Court in March 2020 and threatened Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh?

Schumer said, “I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price! You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions!” And after the Dobbs ruling came down, he bemoaned the result: “Today is one of the darkest days our country has ever seen.”

Chuck Schumer is the senator with the power to schedule a Senate vote on abortion at any time. I emphasize again: IF ONLY TWO MORE SENATORS VOTE TO ABOLISH THE 60-VOTE FILIBUSTER RULE, THE DOBBS DECISION WILL BE ERASED AND ABORTION WILL AGAIN BE FORCED ON THE STATES.

Urge our federal and state leaders to protect life and end abortion!

If the filibuster is abolished, and abortion and other disastrous bills become law, this fall’s election will not undo these laws. These terrible bills would remain law for many years.

Sen. Murkowski — another of the senators we are relying on to block the filibuster’s removal — told CBS the Dobbs abortion decision “creates a growing need for the Senate to pass the ‘Women’s Health Protection Act,’” which is one of the abortion bills the House has advanced. In addition, Sen. Collins stated she supported Justice Kavanaugh's nomination to the Court because she “believed he would uphold Roe v. Wade,” but now feels she was misled.

The Dobbs decision says that “Roe was egregiously wrong from the start.” Indeed, abortion has no basis in the Constitution. Urge our federal and state leaders to protect life and end abortion!

We worked for decades for the magnificent VICTORY FOR LIFE that came through the Dobbs ruling. This decision will reverberate around the world. Law students will be taught about Dobbs and not about the constitutionally baseless Roe and Casey opinions. And best of all, many children will now live who may have died a cruel death!
