In the last couple hours of the World Health Assembly, the World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Tedros declared that a dangerous amendment passed by “consensus.” While we won many victories, ANNEX 1.A of the WHO’s International Health Regulations (IHR) will oblige nations to expand surveillance and censorship at the national and local levels.

In July, the WHO will convene more meetings to finalize the Pandemic Agreement with the intent to pass it before the end of the year. This is timed, I believe, to occur before the 2025 presidential inauguration.

Nations have 10 months to object. Some have 12 months. But Joe Biden can sign on to this dangerous amendment at any time. The WHO amendment demands that nations begin “surveillance” “as soon as possible.” And now the WHO is working to advance the Pandemic Agreement/Treaty next month and significantly expand surveillance even more.

We must stop the WHO. Defund the WHO by passing HR 79. And HR 1425 and S 444 will require any international agreement to receive 2/3 vote of the Senate. Send your faxes NOW. — Mat

Inside the IHR version that passed, the WHO demands and defines surveillance as “the systematic ongoing collection, collation and analysis of data for public health purposes and the timely dissemination of public health information for assessment and public health response as necessary.” (emphasis added)

Then the IHR directs nations to set up one or more national agencies inside every country that will be responsible for “disseminating information to, and consolidating input from, relevant sectors of the administration of the State Party concerned, including those responsible for surveillance and reporting, points of entry, public health services, clinics and hospitals and other government departments.”

Dr. Meryl Nass says, “This is where we lost.” Sadly, Dr. Nass says that many Western nations are “already surveilling and censoring their citizens.”

We found this to be true under the Biden administration. And remember, the surveillance in Australia where people were rounded up and placed in isolation camps?

Next month, the WHO will push the Pandemic Agreement/Treaty. Article 4 states that nations will be required to gather and share “public health surveillance capacities” and “cooperate with one another” on these projects.

So not only are we sharing our private medical data with the WHO, but the WHO wants to force America to share surveillance information with other nations.

The WHO’s proposed treaty states:

“Each Party shall develop, strengthen, implement, periodically update and review comprehensive multisectoral national pandemic prevention and public health surveillance plans...”

Understand that “surveillance” in this context means tracking, tracing, proof of “vaccination” status, treatment, movement, and more.

And like Australia, which imprisoned people in isolation camps who were not infected, the WHO wants “collaborative surveillance” to isolate people — healthy people for “infection prevention.” Its “community-based early detection and control measures” is nothing more than neighbors spying on neighbors. This happened in China and even here in America!

The WHO wants control over everything from “water, sanitation and hygiene” to what it considers “routine immunization.” It even wants to control your pets and your access to them under the notion of “zoonotic spill over and spillback prevention.”

Can you imagine how this level of surveillance could be used against us by an international body with legally binding authority? The U.N. is NOT America’s friend!

The WHO’s definition of health encompasses everything — medicine, treatment, travel, vaccines, abortion, LGBTQ, immigration, “climate change,” and more. Remember during COVID how those who attended a church service in Kentucky received a letter from the then-Democrat governor banning them from public transportation because they attended an Easter service in their cars? Then the governor forced them to stay home, even if they were not sick and weren’t around anyone who was sick.

A major ministry we defended against one tyrannical governor demanded everyone who attended a religious gathering be tracked, traced, and tested.

What the WHO wants to do is not a stretch; we have already seen it here in America, and my team has been on the front line pushing back.

The WHO must face a united, strong opposition. But to accomplish that, I need you to educate your friends and members of Congress. If America actively opposes the WHO agreement, this effort will collapse. The House can defund the WHO, and the Senate can demand any international agreement involving the WHO be presented for a vote — because this should be considered a treaty that must be ratified by 2/3 vote.
