Advancing Life and Liberty Through Action
Jul 2, 2024
This month the World Health Organization (WHO) is back to finalize one of the more dangerous sections in the Pandemic Agreement/Treaty called “One Health” policy. This approach — like the amendments of the International Health Regulations (IHR) that passed — has been continuously proposed throughout different versions of the treaty.
"One Health” is an integrated approach that places the health of people on the same level as animals, plants, and even the ecosystems. On one hand, this demands standards of control over everything from plants to pets to potting soil. And on the other hand, it devalues and discards human life as no greater value than dirt.
We are in the final countdown. When the WHO convenes this month, there will be intense pressure to finalize the Pandemic Agreement/Treaty and to pass it before the election. We have a narrow window to act! Urge Congress to stop Joe Biden and the WHO by sending your faxes to Congress today to block the WHO and defund it. — Mat

The WHO proposed amendments declare that health care is a “right,” stating, “the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human.”
Pushing health care as a fundamental “right” means that the WHO will force centralize universal health coverage on every nation. And nations like the United States will pick up the tab.
Centralized single-payer health care has utterly failed in Canada and Great Britain. “Medical tourism” developed because people in those nations often must travel to other countries to get proper and timely health care. If you have a herniated disc, the average time to get it diagnosed is up to a year or more — then you have to wait AGAIN to have surgery. The average wait time in the U.K. for a non-urgent consult is 18 weeks (4½ months)!
For spinal surgery, the average wait for consultation is 3-6 months and 6-12+ months for the operation.
Delay in treatment will make the injury or condition worse and may even lead to untimely death because of this disastrous system that leads to rationing and death panels.
Centralized government health care leads to shortages, rising costs, decreased service, long waits, and rationing. Universal single-payer health care is a broken system, but the WHO would expand this globally — IF these amendments pass. And the WHO only needs a simple majority of its member nations to agree.
The U.S. position regarding the WHO is critical to the outcome.
We need Congress to act now and send a signal that America is not willing to pay the bills for medical fraud, socialized medicine, and tyranny.
The latest document pending at the WHO officially recognizes “that the World Health Organization is the directing and coordinating authority on international health work.”
This leaves little room for freedom.
And if nations don’t like what the WHO is demanding they do, they can try mediation with the WHO or other nations. If that is unsuccessful, they can go into foreign arbitration “in accordance with the Permanent Court of Arbitration Optional Rules for Arbitrating Disputes between Two States applicable at the time a request for arbitration is made.”
This arbitration will hand down a compulsory and legally binding foreign decision. Similarly to the Hague, there are 60 people from nearly 30 nations in appointed, nonelected positions. This so-called remedy is as far removed from our constitutional protections and freedoms as The WHO describes “One Health” as “an integrated, unifying approach that aims to sustainably balance and optimize the health of people, animals and ecosystems.” It goes on to state “the health of humans, domestic and wild animals, plants and the wider environment (including ecosystems) is closely linked and interdependent.”
The WHO places the ecosystem (dirt and microorganisms) on the same level of importance as humans. Much like the radical group Earth Justice, inanimate objects such as rocks would have rights that can be legally protected. A motto of Earth Justice is “Even the Earth needs a lawyer.” The WHO is Earth Justice international, but on steroids!
Part of this treaty says: “The Parties commit to promote a One Health approach ... that “is coherent, integrated, coordinated and collaborative among all relevant organizations, sectors and actors.”
The WHO wants control over nations that must “commit to identify and address the drivers of pandemics and the emergence and re-emergence of disease at the human-animal-environment interface.” Nations must “take measures to reduce risks of zoonotic spill-over and spill-back.” And it is directed to “protect human, animal and plant health” with no priority given to humans over a plant!
If that is not enough, the WHO reserves the right to demand that each nation is “to establish regional or global technology transfer hubs or other multilateral mechanisms” to accomplish this.
We cannot thrive, we might not even be able to survive under these priorities and terms. It’s critical to urge Congress to pass HR 79, HR 1425, and S 444 to defund the WHO and require a 2/3 vote of the U.S. Senate for any WHO agreement.
In addition, it is not only national governments that will be held to this standard of elevating plants to the same value as people. The WHO demands that every nation must be “promoting or establishing One Health joint training and continuing education programmes for human, animal and environmental health workforces to build relevant and complementary skills, capacities and capabilities.”
These directives could impact everyone from gardeners, veterinarians, farmers or ranchers, pet shop owners, to animal shelter volunteers who could all have to go through internationally mandated “continuing education” courses required by the WHO.
Think of the potential abuse this would hand the WHO. What if the WHO mandated a two-year, in-person “continuing education” training for all ranch staff (or any other small businesses)? When many family farms have a single breadwinner, this one action would be the end of the American cowboy and any other plant- or animal-related profession or small business.
This is TOO MUCH power for any one government to have, let alone a foreign one with Marxist goals.
We must urge members of Congress to stop Joe Biden.
We have limited time to block this effort by the WHO and Joe Biden. Push back before it’s too late. Send your urgent faxes to members of Congress to oppose sacrificing Americans’ sovereignty to WHO.
It is clear that the WHO is already operating outside its authority and far outside of what is best, even to safeguard human life. I stand by my statement that this is not about “health” — this is about control.
We are seeing significant progress, but we cannot let up now because the WHO is not even following its own written rules. We don’t know what it will do next to shove this radical power grab through on an international scale.
Our team is working hard to counter these threats and we are meeting with members of Congress to sound the alarm. But if our voice is alone, we cannot succeed. Partners like you undergird the mission of LC Action to make our vital work possible.
