This weekend we witnessed a miracle during the horrific circumstances of the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump. There were so many failures leading up to this event that President Trump’s survival came down to a God-ordained moment where he turned his head at the last second.

That's the only thing that saved his life! Instead of Trump preparing for his acceptance speech, the nation would be mourning at his funeral. President Trump is now acknowledging that but for God he would not be here.

However, we cannot ignore the HUGE failures that led to this assassination attempt — and how close it was to being carried out! You will be horrified at what was happening behind the scenes that led to this moment and afterward. I’ll share some below ... and point out how little we still know about everything surrounding this attack.

Congress has the authority to investigate and to hold accountable Secret Service and the Department of Homeland Security and their leadership. Urge the U.S. House and Senate to take this extremely seriously, fully and thoroughly investigate the catastrophic failures, and make immediate changes.

Much is still unknown about how this could happen. This must change NOW! Tell Congress to investigate everything, from the policies and the decisions to the focus and the political affiliations of the leadership of the Secret Service and the Department of Homeland Security. — Mat

Our sincerest condolences go to the family of Corey Comperatore, the the former fire chief killed near President Trump. He dived onto his family and sacrificed his life to protect and save them. He is truly a hero.

But it never should have gotten to that point. Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL) blamed Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas multiple times for denying requests for more Secret Service protection for President Trump.

Rep. Waltz wrote on X: “I have very reliable sources telling me there have been repeated requests for stronger secret service protection for President Trump. Denied by Secretary Mayorkas.”

At the same time, the Secret Service director, Kimberly Cheatle is appointed by Joe Biden, and her main goal is to increase DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) in the Secret Service. Her stated mission is “protection and investigations by leading a diverse workforce.” (emphasis added)

As if a workforce of women is magically going to better protect the president. Most of my team at Liberty Counsel Action are women, and they were appalled by what happened. One of Cheatle’s DEI recruits could not holster her own weapon, and all three at the Suburban carrying Trump looked totally confused. They had no business being on the security team.

We already know there were MASSIVE security failings. Did the very people in charge of protecting Trump want to see him killed? Because their actions were appalling. The problems were massive.

Our nation needs to get to the bottom of this, and everything must change. Urge Congress to start a very aggressive investigation and leave no stone unturned. This time Congress must act swiftly. Tell Congress to get to the bottom of these security failings NOW!

Our ULTIMATE adversary isn't the Democrats, it isn’t the media and its endless demonization of Trump, and it isn’t the constant censorship. It is not even this federal administration and those in Congress who have repeatedly worked to limit and impede physical protection for Trump.

Our adversary is Satan who inspired this attack and brainwashed people in these positions — to the point that the entire Democrat Party booed God at their last convention. Many Democrat leaders and others called for Trump’s “assassination” and said he should be “taken out.” Joe Biden, just five days before this attempted assassination, said, “It’s time to put Trump in the bull’s-eye.” This demonization of people and weaponization of the federal government must END. It is dangerous — indeed, it is deadly! And dumbing down our security (or any position) with a DEI mandate is appalling and can end up costing lives.
