BREAKING: Briefing infuriates Senators

Jul 18, 2024

Last night, U.S. senators were permitted to ask only four questions during a conference call with heads of both the Secret Service and the FBI. But even with such limited access, what little we learned is even more shocking.

Our investigation into the Secret Service shows the gross incompetence we witnessed on July 13 has been systemic since the Obama years when an intruder breached the White House. A bipartisan commission in 2015 demanded reform, but under Joe Biden’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) nonsense, the Secret Service has further declined.

Tell Congress to reform (1) the Secret Service, (2) end the “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” (DEI) within the Secret Service, (3) and fire the director, Kimberly Cheatle, who oversaw what I’ll describe below. — Mat

Last night was the first “briefing” of U.S. senators regarding the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump. It seems like every time Director Cheatle opens her mouth, she reveals even more gross incompetence. The trickle of information is shocking:

  • On July 7, the shooter scoped out the location for 20-30 minutes.

  • Several hours before the attempted assassination took place, the shooter’s parents called the police.

  • More than an hour before the shooting, the Secret Service identified the shooter as “suspicious” but did nothing.

  • Then, 19 minutes before the shooting, a countersniper located the shooter at the rally and ID him as a “designated threat,” but still the Secret Service did nothing. (This happened about 10 minutes before Trump even got on stage.)

  • A local law enforcement officer boosted another officer up to grab the roof. While hanging on the side of the building, unable to pull out a gun, the shooter turned and pointed his gun at the officer, who then dropped down and radioed on a blanket tactical channel so that every one of the security personnel at the event should have known there was a man with a gun. Still, the Secret Service did nothing.

  • U.S. Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle admitted she has the ability to deploy drones but instead she chose to NOT use them during Trump’s event. The FAA says the Secret Service submitted no waiver request to fly drones.

Senators are livid! As they should be. You and I should be furious too. This is what some were saying:

  • “I have yet to hear them substantively address the failures that led to this tragedy.” — Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT).

  • “Only 4 questions were allowed. The rest of us are supposed to submit questions. I already have. Awaiting a response. Not holding my breath.” — Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), who also condemned the briefing as “unbelievably uninformative.”

  • “The security of our Republic is being questioned. The Biden administration can’t wait until the investigation is complete to release details. It needs to start today.” — Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL).

After our campaign started, Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) joined us in calling to fire Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle. He said, “The nation deserves answers and accountability. New leadership at the Secret Service would be an important step in that direction.” In addition, the head of the U.S. House, Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), called for Director Cheatle’s resignation yesterday.

This is not enough. We need to flood Congress with faxes until every legislator calls for Director Cheatle’s resignation. If we do not demand massive change, hatemongers will think they can try to take out President Trump again — along with any other member of Congress.

We cannot allow the Secret Service to stand down and watch someone take multiple shots at law–abiding people. A good man is dead because of the unspeakable incompetence of the Secret Service. But for the grace of God, President Trump also would be dead. What happened on July 13 is unacceptable. This was merely a window into the rotting interior of the Secret Service.

The U.S. House is holding a confidential briefing on Monday (7/22). Urge them to not just ask tough questions but to demand a full reform of the Secret Service. We must end the “DEI” mandates that put people at risk by choosing to hire unqualified individuals. And demand that Director Cheatle resign.

Even before one battle finishes, the next begins. This week the World Health Organization restarted its negotiations on the Pandemic Agreement/Treaty. These globalists are spending two days pushing this radical agenda. LC Action will continue fighting for freedom and stop the evil agenda to block everything from who you want to choose for an election to how your medical care will be handled. My friend, this is a battle between good and evil, life and death.

I am counting on your support to help our staff on Capitol Hill to be a force demanding justice and holding accountable the people who let this wicked series of events that — but for God — would have ended Trump’s life.
