Shocking Report of Secret Service Failures

Jul 25, 2024

Kimberly Cheatle finally resigned as director of the Secret Service. Members of Congress were frustrated and angry because of her lack of information.

Nine days after the attempted assassination she still didn’t know how many Secret Service agents were on location. However, Cheatle later claimed that she talked to “all of them,” referring to her agents on site — but how could she talk to “all of them” if she didn’t even know how many agents were there?

The former director’s resignation is only the beginning of what needs to happen. The “colossal” failures resulted in the death of Corey Comperatore and could have resulted in the assassination of President Donald Trump. The failures are systemic. After this resignation, we are no closer to knowing the answers. In fact, we know much more from the investigations conducted by others than we know from the Secret Service.

The incoming Secret Service acting director, Ronald L. Rowe Jr., has only been in his deputy role a scant 15 months. Before that, he was a senior policy adviser to the White House’s intellectual property enforcement coordinator, among other positions.

Our nation just rolled out the red carpet for anyone who wants to take out President Trump or any other Secret Service protectee. We must fix these systemic problems. There is already an active and credible threat out of Iran against President Trump. We can’t wait.

We have adjusted our faxing program so that your message to Congress will demand an independent commission of experts be assembled to quickly investigate and return a thorough report.

Demand the appointment of an independent expert commission, reform of the Secret Service, and an end to the DEI push that contributed to the incompetence we saw on July 13. — Mat

While the former Secret Service director gave almost no information and kept deferring to the FBI, Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) produced a 13-page damning document after his staff spoke with local law enforcement.

Sen. Johnson asked the FBI, the Secret Service, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Justice to preserve and provide records. But they released next to nothing to Congress.

In spite of the roadblock, Sen. Johnson reported the following information, which is very disturbing:

  1. The Secret Service did not attend a security briefing provided to local special weapons and tactics (SWAT) and sniper teams the morning of July 13, 2024.

  1. Local law enforcement said communications were siloed, and they were not in frequent and direct radio contact with Secret Service.

  1. Local law enforcement notified command about Crooks prior to the shooting and received confirmation that Secret Service was aware of the notification.

  1. Following the shooting, Secret Service was seen on the roof of the AGR International building with local law enforcement, and photos of the shooter were sent to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) for facial recognition.

  2. Secret Service was initially not going to send snipers to the rally, according to local law enforcement.

Even Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) was demanding answers that Cheatle refused to divulge. AOC condemned the response as being “Not acceptable” and said, “We are flying blind in efforts to protect the highest-ranking people in our country.”

After deflecting questions, Cheatle said her office would provide a report in 60 days. The are about 100 days until the election. This would leave President Trump exposed during most of the campaign.)

Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) called what is happening “gross incompetence” and demanded answers. He said, “This is a joke.”

Congress must hear from you demanding a thorough investigation, which should delve deeply into the dreadful Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies. The problems within the Secret Service go back 10 years or more. When the Secret Service allowed an intruder to breach the White House in 2014, a bipartisan commission issued a scathing report in 2015.

But under Joe Biden’s DEI policies, we saw firsthand how incompetent people who lack the ability to do the job are being hired. The Secret Service must be reformed, and the DEI policies must end.

Send your urgent faxes to Congress demanding that these security breaches be addressed and reversed immediately.

In addition to the Secret Service failures, there are massive abortion bills, budget bills pushing abortion and the LGBTQ agenda, gun restriction bills, and so much more continuing in D.C. Our team continues to fight for our freedom at every turn on Capitol Hill. Partner with us to defend freedom and protect our candidates and elections. Support Liberty Counsel Action by selecting here.

With prayer, repentance, and effort, I have every hope that we can restore our nation. But we cannot if we keep our views to ourselves.
