Liberty Counsel Action has launched a new campaign. The next few months will determine the course of history for generations!

There are 98 days to the conclusion of this epic battle between life and death (and even fewer because of early voting). The deadly spirit of Jezebel has been unleashed.

Even before Joe Biden endorsed Kamala Harris, she made several trips to Florida to push her death cult.

While we won a great victory in 2022 when the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the Roe v. Wade abortion decision, the battle for life has intensified. There are nine states that have almost no restrictions on abortion and 14 states with a near total ban, and the rest fall in between.

Our team is gearing up for a massive effort to educate and mobilize voters, community leaders, pastors, and volunteers, and provide the resources and coordination to save lives and to save America.

We will print door knockers, handouts, mailers, and yard signs. We are hiring staff, coordinating strategic targets, and mobilizing pastors and leaders. We need your help to provide the resources necessary to achieve victory. I will share more below.

Our campaign includes the following:

• Organize and mobilize strategic sectors.

• Develop compelling information and resources.

• Print a massive number of door knockers, flyers, and yard signs.

This intense effort is both time consuming and costly. But we cannot sit back and do nothing. We have limited time to act. We have the opportunity to end the most horrible and brutally bloody chapter in American history.

Extreme abortion initiatives are on the ballot in multiple states.

Florida is a prime example of what’s at stake ...

On April 1, 2024, the Florida Supreme Court agreed with an amicus brief I filed on behalf of Liberty Counsel Action by overturning a 35-year-old case from 1989, called T.W. The Court upheld a 15-week abortion law and ruled there is no right to abortion in the state constitution.

This ruling then allowed the six-week “Heartbeat” law to go into effect on May 1. Florida moved from one of the most extreme pro-abortion states in the nation to one of the most pro-life states.

But now, Floridians will vote on Amendment 4 — an extreme abortion initiative that will permit abortion up to birth for any reason. It is so extreme that no restriction on abortion will survive except for parental notification (which is nothing). Even health and safety standards and the requirement to be a medical doctor will be overturned.

Many people will be deceived by Amendment 4. That is why they need to understand the devastation it will cause. And with 23 million people in Florida, there is a lot of ground to cover.

Florida is just one example of the epic battle we face.

Planned Parenthood’s minions have been spewing lies nonstop to get these pro-abortion initiatives on the ballot. People have been reaching out to my team saying that they didn’t understand what they were doing when they signed the petitions to put these pro-abortion initiatives on the ballot.

The deception used to trick people into signing these abortion initiatives will become even more deceptive in the next several weeks and months.

Planned Parenthood is behind Florida’s Amendment 4, the most extreme abortion proposal in the nation that will overturn all abortion restrictions — including health and safety standards.

These lies kill children and mothers, and we must counter these lies in Florida and elsewhere.

Planned Parenthood has no concern for women. They make money killing children and destroying women. In contrast, the Florida heartbeat law provides 30 million dollars in recurring annual funding to provide everything from diapers to formula, from car seats to counseling, and from life skills to employment readiness. This service to mothers is a large part of what these pro-life organizations are funding.

Planned Parenthood does not provide assistance to women who want to keep their baby. They scare women and never present any option other than abortion. Yet, staying with Florida, the Sunshine State has 167 pregnancy centers that serve both mother and child with many options and resources before, during, and long after birth.

We must win these state abortion battles. The fight is intense and literally involves life and death. There is no time to waste! Help fund our mobilization campaign.
