A biological male with facial hair was allowed to join a girls’ rowing team in Massachusetts because he “identified as female.” Not surprisingly, the female athletes avoided using the locker room.
It didn’t take long before the male “was caught staring openly at one of the female athletes” and making comments about her breasts.
If the so-called Equality Act passes, females will be forced to accept men in their private spaces. The LGBTQ agenda is anti-women. Allowing men to pretend to be women insults and erases women.
We cannot be silent while women are being harmed. Send your urgent faxes right now to Congress. If the Democrats pry loose only a few Republican votes, HR 15 will pass and everyone will be affected.
The Equality Act isn’t just about shoving biological males into women’s bathrooms, into locker rooms, and on sports teams. It’s about giving them — and any one of the 500-plus paraphilias — a sword to use against anyone.
This nightmare legislation even applies to any ‘perceived’ slight against someone who was associated in the past with anyone who is LGBTQ. It includes “beliefs.”
This applies to anyone connected, associated with, or “perceived” to be associated with anyone who is or “perceived” to be LGBTQ. In other words, HR 15 applies to facts where there is no basis for reality. You can be sued if someone thinks you are acting against them because of their LGBTQ status or association, even though you did no such thing.
The Equality Act explicitly states that this covers “a perception or belief, even if inaccurate, concerning the race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), or national origin.” Poorly defined and dangerously broad, this language could be wielded to silence anyone in America. The target doesn’t have to be LGBT. They just have to convince a court or agency that you perceived them to be LGBT.
Think about that. A parent objecting to a male in the girls’ restroom could be sued. A coach benching a player for misconduct could be accused of discrimination. Even a teenager refusing to change clothes in front of the opposite sex could face legal action — not because of actual discrimination but because someone believed they were being slighted.
And if you don't bow, you could be sued. Send your faxes to Congress right now to block this bill.
This male athlete didn’t stop with the locker room incident. He joined the girls’ basketball team — and injured three opposing players so badly they had to be benched. The injuries were severe enough that one team forfeited an entire game rather than risk further harm to their girls.
When did it become acceptable to cheer domestic abuse?
The Equality Act will erase women, abuse them, injure them, and silence dissent.
We cannot let Congress force this dangerous bill on our nation. Hundreds of U.S. legislators already back it, and only a handful of moderates are standing in the way. Send your faxes to Congress today and add your name to our petition to STOP the Equality Act before it’s too late.
The battle to stop the Equality Act is raging right now on Capitol Hill. Our team is meeting with key legislators. But every meeting, every fax, every petition delivery takes resources — and we can only continue if friends like you stand with us.
Your gift of 25, 50, 100 dollars, or more will help us stop this radical agenda and protect the privacy, safety, and rights of women and girls. You can also sign up for a monthly recurring gift.
