• Churches and religious organizations could be forced to hire “trans” or lose tax-exempt status for noncompliance.
• Churches and religious schools would be forced to hire staff involved in LGBTQ conduct and give them access to children, even in restrooms.
• Churches and religious colleges could lose tax exemption and accreditation if they do not bow to this radical agenda.
• If taking overnight trips with children, including sports or mission trips for schools or churches, you will not be able to stop boys and girls from sleeping in the same room.
• Religious schools would be forced to use biologically false pronouns and assign biological males to the girls’ dorms.
• Biological men will have access to women’s restrooms, locker rooms, dressing rooms, showers, and nursing-mother rooms at any time, and they will be able to stay as long as they please.
• From kindergarten, children will be taught that they can choose their gender and will be encouraged to experiment with each other.
• And too many other things to mention here.

If Congress passes HR 15, every one of these radical mandates will become the law of the land, and there will be no escape for your church, your school, or your family. Among these organizations are: Auburn Seminary, Association of Welcoming and Affirming Baptists, Covenant Network of Presbyterians, The Episcopal Church, Faith in Public Life, Global Justice Institute, Metropolitan Community Churches, Methodist Federation for Social Action, More Light Presbyterians, American Counseling Association, Reconstructionist Rabbinical Association, The United Methodist Church — General Board of Church and Society, and the United Church of Christ. Other groups, even surprising ones, are lending their support to this radical legislation, including the Association of Flight Attendants, American Heart Association, American Bar Association, and American Medical Association.

The fact that these groups are lining up behind a bill that obliterates religious safeguards underscores the dangerous momentum it has gained.
