Tomorrow the U.S. House plans to revisit a continuing resolution to avoid a government shutdown. I ask you to contact your representative and urge them to fight for including the SAVE Act language to prevent illegal immigrants from voting in our elections.

Yesterday, oral arguments were presented in a lawsuit against the South Carolina Election Commission and its executive director, Howard Knapp. The lawsuit alleges that Knapp violated Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993, by refusing to provide a statewide voter roll for public inspection.

The same people who argue that there is no evidence of election fraud also fight to prevent investigation of election fraud.

South Carolina is NOT the only state attempting to “hide the ball” and delay or halt inspections of the registered voter list ahead of the 2024 election.

We have a short window to require the states to verify citizenship before this election. Congress must pass a continuing resolution (CR) to keep the government running. Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) is building consensus to add the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act (SAVE) to the must-pass CR. YOU can have a critical impact.

Send your urgent faxes to Congress to uphold election security by including the SAVE Act with the continuing resolution to require proof of citizenship.

There are 22* states — plus Washington, D.C. — that allow people to register and vote on Election Day. In addition, North Dakota allows people to vote on Election Day with nothing more than “appropriate” documentation — no registration at all.

Every state would be required to have proof of citizenship before allowing anyone to register and vote if the SAVE Act passes with the CR. These states include California, Colorado, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and many others.

These states are also flooded with illegals. It is critical to stop fraud BEFORE the ballots are mixed into the general pot of ballots.

The SAVE Act language in this CR would go a long way toward fixing the problem.

We need to flood Congress with faxes to pass the SAVE Act!

First, talking points claimed this South Carolina election was the “most secure election ever.” That changed to, “Well, illegals are not registered to vote,” claiming there is no need inspect the lists. But now, a huge number of illegals have been discovered as registered voters and some have actually voted in prior elections.

There SHOULD NOT BE EVEN ONE FRAUDULENT VOTE.

It is very difficult to prove fraud — AFTER THE FACT. In Virginia, our team was on the ground during the election to prevent fraud, and it worked. But one of our team who had been designated as an observer during the 2020 election after the votes were cast in Philadelphia was prohibited from watching the count any closer than through the window of a door on the other side of a large room. It was ridiculous. We must stop fraud before it occurs.

A lawsuit in Antrim County, Michigan, was dismissed by a judge even though the judge admitted he didn’t know if there was election fraud. Here is a summary of what lawyers presented to the judge:

• First, 1,061 “phantom ballots” were cast by people who do not exist.

• Second, there was almost 100% turnout of ages 65 to 80, which is impossible.

• Then, more than 1-in-5 of all mail-in ballots were sent from the registrar to Post Office boxes (20.3% total). In Chestonia Township, that number jumped to more than 1-in-3. That is highly suspicious.

• Finally, in Central Lake Township, two volunteers found 138 ballots with “the very same signature,” which the Michigan Democrat secretary of state knew about but did nothing to remedy.

There was no process to audit or even flag these votes!
Progress is being made through election reform laws and litigation in Florida, Georgia, Texas, and other states.

But this CR would have a huge impact to stop fraud in ALL states, especially the 22 states and D.C. that allow same-day voter registration. ILLEGALS should not be allowed to register or vote.

Speaker Johnson paused the vote that was expected last week so that he can gain consensus. There is already a break with one Democrat who said he will vote for the SAVE Act. The CR must pass by the end of THIS MONTH.

Send your urgent faxes to Congress and demand that Congress pass the SAVE Act.
