During the presidential debate, Kamala Harris and ABC moderator Linsey Davis lied. Davis claimed, “There is no state in this country where it is legal to kill a baby after it's born.” Kamala then chimed in with her lie.

Kamala surely knows that late-term abortions and, sadly, abortion up to and during birth happens in America. Since 2015, Kamala has tried hard to hide the videos of Sandra Merritt and David Daleiden that exposed Planned Parenthood harvesting baby body parts.

Planned Parenthood abortion executives, under oath, admitted what they were doing. When cross-examined, they bragged about altering the abortion by breech-birthing the infant’s feet first and then harvesting intact organs to fetch higher prices.

Medical staff described cutting open the face of a 25-week newborn to harvest his brain WHILE HIS HEART WAS STILL BEATING. Kamala Harris was the attorney general in California when the first videos were released in 2015. Instead of investigating Planned Parenthood and the organ procurement companies, she authorized a raid to confiscate the videos. Thanks to a congressional subpoena, the videos were finally released this year.

And Kamala ardently supports HR 12, the “Women’s Health Protection Act of 2023” that will make abortion legal up to birth. This bill will override EVERY state law. With only a few more votes, HR 12 could bypass Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) and go directly to the floor to pass.

This is why we need to fight HR 12 at the federal level and all the state ballot initiatives that include this same mental “health” loophole to kill innocent children. Make your voice heard in the halls of Congress, demanding life be respected.

Dr. Forest Smith is one of the most prolific abortionists in America. But the more he found out about what Planned Parenthood was doing, the more his thinking changed. This hardened abortionist became an expert witness for our side. He said, “There's no question in my mind that at least some of these fetuses were live births.”

Additional testimony corroborated that the hearts of babies must have been harvested while they were still beating and that it would be impossible to do this delicate surgery if the baby were still in the womb. And we now know that Planned Parenthood supplied hearts and other intact baby organs to organ procurement companies. Some of these organs were sold for as much as 17,000 dollars.

It’s time to EXPOSE and DEFEAT the abortion lies. We need to defeat HR 12 and the state abortion amendments on the November ballot! That’s why I’m turning to you. Right now, Planned Parenthood is pressuring Congress to pass HR 12 so it can harvest newborn children’s organs up to the moment of birth (and even after).

Demand members of Congress stop HR 12 from giving Planned Parenthood and other groups unfettered power to butcher children and harm women.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) states that about 0.9% of abortions, or about one in every 100 abortions, occur after 21 weeks, or when a child is old enough to be viable. Of the 625,978 abortions reported in 2021, 5,633 abortions occurred on babies that could live outside the womb.

Contrast this with some other leading causes of infant death:

• Accidental inhalation of objects blocking respiratory tract: 180 deaths

• Accidental drowning and submersion: 184

• Neglect, abandonment, and other maltreatment: 302

• Transportation accidents: 422

• Late-term abortions: 5,633

Of the causes of death listed above, late-term abortion kills more than five times all the above causes of death combined! And now there is a huge push in Congress and on state ballot initiatives to throw open the door to unrestricted abortions for all nine months in EVERY state.
