From the early session of the U.S. Senate, the filibuster rule has preserved our nation from wild swings in policy when a new party takes control. It demonstrates stability to the outside world. Now Kamala Harris is actively calling to abolish the filibuster so that the Democrats can pass their abortion, LGBTQ, and other radical agenda platform.

The filibuster rule requires 60 votes to stop discussion in the U.S. Senate before a final vote. This allows time for debate and thoughtful consideration.

Kamala wants to pass a radical abortion bill that will make Roe v. Wade look shockingly “conservative” because it would force every state and territory to allow abortion up to and during birth.

It gets worse. Abortion is not the only reason Kamala wants to sacrifice the filibuster. But before we get there, I ask that you flood Congress with an urgent message to BLOCK ANY ABORTION LEGISLATION and PRESERVE THE FILIBUSTER.

Urge Congress to stop HR 12, the Women’s Health Protection Act, that will force abortion on the states, and demand they preserve the filibuster.

Breitbart calls the attempt to abolish the filibuster “a move that has far greater implications for the balance of power in the United States.”

This could be the most dramatic — and damaging — thing that Kamala could conceive to force her agenda. Abolishing the filibuster will allow the extreme abortion bill, HR 12, to pass. And the extreme LGBTQ bill, HR 15, would also pass. If the filibuster is abolished, below are some examples of what Democrats could do:

• Pack the U.S. Supreme Court with extra members to shift the balance of judicial power.

• Make the District of Columbia a state to shift the balance of power.

• Pass the “John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act,” which will legalize election fraud and expand numerous loopholes.

• Pass the “Equality Act” and privileges for LGBTQ conduct that will erase freedom of religion and speech.

• Pass radical pro-death legislation that will demand that every state allow abortion up to and during birth.

We cannot allow for killing children to become a political ploy for radicals in the Senate scheme for permanent control of our nation. We cannot allow the medical community to be further corrupted as instruments of death. And we cannot sit by while the deaths of innocent children are being weighed callously in Congress.

Urge Congress to oppose all abortion bills, especially HR 12, and preserve the filibuster.

Right now, in Congress, there is a slew of abortion bills, the majority of which are so extreme, they will do all the following:

• End parental consent laws.

• Create unfettered access to abortion for all nine months.

• Erase ultrasound requirements.

• Eliminate informed consent.

• Dismiss waiting periods.

• Cancel admitting privileges mandates for abortionists to provide continuing care to a mother after a botched abortion.

• Discard commonsense health and safety standards.

• Throw open the door to chemical abortions via mail order.

• Ban any “prohibition or restriction on a particular abortion procedure” prior to “fetal viability.” This would permit the gruesome “partial birth abortion” procedure — while the baby is still alive.

• Require funding of abortion.

• And throw out every other restriction you can imagine by stating access to abortion “shall not be limited or otherwise infringed.”

Congress must hear from you. Tell Congress to stand firm and united against ANY federal provision that will push abortion forward and any attempt to abolish the filibuster.
