Amendment 4 is very extreme, and it is intentionally misleading.

• It includes no definitions.

• No doctors required.

• No parental consent allowed.

• No safety standards allowed.

• No informed consent allowed.

• Taxpayer-funded abortions required.

• Abortion on Demand up to birth including when a child can feel pain.

We are in a full-court press right now to fight back. We need your help to:

1.  Tell others about the dangers and deception of Amendment 4:

• It pretends to be a reasonable restriction on abortion, allowing laws to regulate abortion after viability, but in reality, it would destroy ALL regulations and even health and safety protections.
• It allows abortions through all nine months of pregnancy and even when a baby feels pain.
• It removes parental consent.
• It removes the requirement for doctors.
• It has no definitions.
• Amendment 4’s authors already passed similar language in Michigan and now are litigating to force taxpayers to fund abortions. The same thing will happen in Florida if it passes.
• Use these talking points to discuss this with neighbors/friends.

2.  Connect with your regional LC Action/No on 4 Florida field directors:

• See who your local director is here.
• Call them or fill out the form.
• Get involved by canvassing (door-to-door) to change the minds of undecided voters. Get lists and door brochures from your field directors at the link above.
• Put up a yard sign anywhere it’s permissible, including at polling places (150 feet from entrance). Contact LC Action or our field directors for signs.
• Become part of our sign-waiving team during early voting and on Election Day, November 5.

3.  Talk to your pastor/clergy to mobilize your church.

• Ask them to show the videos at church.
• Show them our video on what pastors and churches CAN do.
• Educate them on the same rights.
• Ask your pastor if you can host a voter registration table with voter forms, information cards, and yard signs.

4.  Social media engagement

• Share No on 4 video and the No on 4 reel.
