We are fighting every way possible to protect life in Florida and in other states that have abortion on the ballot. Right now, a criminal investigation exposed a high number of fraudulent signatures were used to place the extreme and deceptive abortion Amendment 4 on the ballot in Florida!

Floridians Protecting Freedom (FPF), sponsored by Planned Parenthood and the ACLU and funded by George Soros, submitted 997,035 signatures. This was almost 12% more than required.

However, criminal fraud has been discovered. A new lawsuit indicates up to 16% of the signatures are fraudulent. This alone would drop the number of valid signatures below the minimum threshold necessary.

According to the Florida Office of Election Crimes and Security (OECS), preliminary audits in three counties found signatures were “submitted by known or suspected fraudsters,” of which an average of 25% of those signatures were invalid. Two people have already been indicted and sentenced for these crimes!

• In Palm Beach County alone, the invalidity rate was 36%. If you add questionable signatures, that number climbed to 49%.

• In Orange County, 32% of the signatures were fraudulent.

• In Osceola County, 7% of the signatures were fraudulent with additional signatures listed as questionable. And there are 64 other counties.

The bombshell here is not that the pro-abortion activists cheated —it's how a few state officials helped cover it up! During this audit, it was found that election supervisors “mistakenly verified” at least 2,849 invalid signatures from these disreputable sources.

This means that the pro-life battle has instantly morphed into two fronts: one political and one legal ... and we need to win both! Help us educate and mobilize voters to win the hearts and minds of people not just in Florida but across the nation!

Abortion thrives on lies. Almost no one supports ripping limbs off children or burning them to death. Abortionists have to use euphemisms and lies.

In Florida, the lies were so dangerous that the Florida Department of Health (DOH) issued a notice to health care providers to set the record straight and combat false advertisements by the Amendment 4 campaign.

A misleading ad claimed a woman named Caroline wouldn’t have been able to get an abortion under Florida’s current law when she was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumor in 2022 and needed to begin treatment.

1. However, this ad was untrue. When Caroline received her cancer diagnosis, at 21 weeks’ gestation, her baby could have been delivered and given a chance to live instead of being dismembered or injected with a cardiac arrest-inducing poison.

2. Childbirth is safer than abortion, and intentionally killing a child was not necessary to save Caroline’s life. Abortion (intentionally killing a preborn baby) was not necessary.

3. Florida’s current heartbeat law permits abortion past six weeks in emergency situations to save the life of the mother (with the approval of two doctors).

In fact, these lies were so dangerous that the Florida DOH issued a cease-and-desist letter to local television stations airing the deceptive political advertisements attacking Florida’s current law.

This entire house of cards has been built on lies — from the signatures to get amendment on the ballot to the lies to try to pass it. Deception is their method.

Meanwhile, we are going to fall festivals, parades, sports games, and anywhere people gather to spread the word about the truth on what Amendment 4 will do. Our mobilization efforts include printing millions of flyers, thousands of yard signs, hiring field directors, mobilizing volunteers, knocking on doors, educating pastors, and much more.

We are well within striking distance, but this is an extremely close vote in Florida. We need your help to accomplish this critically important undertaking. There is no greater cause than to save the life of those who cannot fight for themselves.

One final point is that Florida is more complex than most states in getting an amendment on the ballot. To get on the ballot, the pro-abortion side needed at least 8% of signatures from registered voters equaling at least 8% of the total ballots cast in the last general election in every single one of its 67 counties.

However, if the number of bad signatures already exposed holds steady across the state, the actual number of valid signatures would fall below the minimum 8% threshold for many districts. That would mean Amendment 4 should not even be on the ballot. We need to fight hard on every front to make sure that people understand every one of these lies and completely defeat these measures on the ballot.
