“After my daughter’s birth, I could no longer pull the arms and legs off of little babies just because they were unwanted,” said Dr. Kathi Aultman during a press conference led by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on the extreme abortion Amendment 4.

Dr. Aultman used to perform first- and second-trimester abortions even when she was pregnant herself. But after the birth of her baby, she changed. She stopped performing abortions. She could no longer ignore their humanity.

Now, this former abortionist is fighting to protect life.

Over 35 years of practicing medicine, Dr. Aultman noticed a dramatic difference between those who kept their babies versus those who aborted them. “I saw young women in my practice do well after keeping their unplanned pregnancies as opposed to women who were struggling with the physical and emotional consequences of abortion.”

Dr. Aultman said, “I polled my partners and found that none of us, ever needed to do — or refer — our patients for abortion to manage serious pregnancy complications.”

We need to get the word out in every state that has an abortion ballot initiative. Many of these ballot initiatives allow abortions to be done by anyone, anywhere, with no restrictions. Women will be killed, and babies will be slaughtered. Help us educate and mobilize a movement for life.

When Dr. Aultman started researching abortion complications, she discovered a huge problem. Nearly half of states are NOT REQUIRED to report complications from abortions. In addition, there are four states that are not even required to report a death caused by abortion.

Now, many of these amendments will hide more deaths and injuries. Abortion survives in the shadows of lies.

Dr. Aultman stood with FL Gov. Ron Desantis in a press conference opposing the radical abortion Amendment 4 in Florida and shared what she had seen and the study she completed as the lead researcher about the impact of abortion.

She found a long list of 17 complications from abortion. They include:

Hemorrhage, infection, sepsis, injury to internal organs (including laceration of the cervix, perforation of the uterus, and injury to the bowel and bladder), uterine rupture, amniotic fluid embolus, pulmonary embolus, coagulopathy, missed ectopic pregnancy, retained parts of the baby’s body, ongoing pregnancy, mental health issues, the need for surgery to remove the child’s body, exploratory surgery to find and repair injuries, infertility, hysterectomy, and death.

One woman even came into emergency surgery with an internal organ protruding out of her body as a complication of her abortion!

“None of the abortions I did were for done for material or fetal indications,” she added.

The distinction between mothers who kept or killed their child was so dramatic that Dr. Aultman decided to study the effect of abortion on women, specifically the medical side effects. What she found was heartbreaking and she authored a paper on the effects of the abortion pill.

Except for parental notification (which is nothing), Amendment 4 will end ANY AND ALL laws and regulations, including reporting requirements, health and safety standards, sanitation, and more. No parental consent. No informed consent. The state will not even be able to require medical licenses, and taxpayers will be forced to fund abortion.
