The person who frames the debate usually wins the debate, wrote David Kupelian in The Marketing of Evil. In this lame duck session of Congress, Democrats will intensify their efforts to abolish the 60-vote filibuster rule in the U.S. Senate and to submit America to the World Health Organization by allowing Joe Biden to UNILATERALLY sign on to amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR). This is a clear and present danger.

The WHO is negotiating the definitions of key terms in the Pandemic Agreement/Treaty, and Biden’s U.N. ambassador is proposing an easy way to pass this global agenda and bypass the Senate. The new definitions include terms like “One Health,” which treats “people, animals, and ecosystems” as equal priorities. These Orwellian definitions go on and on.

The current IHR amended version (passed June 1, 2024) gives nations just six months to disclose reservations (parts of the agreement they do not want to follow). That time expires December 1, which is still under Joe Biden’s term.

Biden will not block the WHO. Rather, his U.N. ambassador is now pushing to change the Pandemic Agreement/Treaty (which requires 2/3 votes of the nation states) to amendments to the IHR (which requires only a majority of the nation states). And worse, like George W. Bush who UNILATERALLY signed amendments to the IHR in 2005, Biden will do the same to these much more expansive amendments to the IHR.

There are critical bills that will stop this power grab dead in its tracks. HR 79 will withdraw the United States from the WHO and will stop funding this Marxist, one-world-government, and HR 1425 and S 444 will require that any WHO agreement receive 2/3 vote of the U.S. Senate. Act NOW to stop this attack on freedom worldwide.

Well before Trump takes office on January 20, 2025, Democrats have a plan to control us. The IHR stipulates that it will take 18 months to exit the WHO. So even if Trump exited the WHO on Day One, America would still be under the control of this Marxist organization and the IHR until July 20, 2026.

There are four main points in the IHR amendments that are of significant concern, and they underscore what we must pull out of the WHO, and why we must insist any agreement be approved by 2/3 vote of the Senate. The IHR amendments include the following:

1. Establishment of Vaccine Passports. Such IDs, when digital, are platforms for the WHO to create databases for surveilling public health and behavior worldwide. They also permit gathering personal information about every individual’s place of employment, income, bank accounts, family, social media posts, travel, and quarantine. This would permit the “China Model” recommended by WHO Director-General Tedros during the COVID pandemic to become a full-on international version of the Communist Chinese totalitarian “Social Credit System.”

2. Requirement that every member censor “misinformation” and “disinformation” — and impose censorship the Biden administration engineered with the help of tech giants like Google, Facebook, and Twitter [X].

3. Establishment of a government authority in every nation that reports to the WHO with control over medical resources and supply chains.

4. Empowerment of the WHO Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus — the man responsible for so much of the damage needlessly done in response to the COVID pandemic — as the sole arbiter of what constitutes a “public health emergency of international concern” and what must be done in response to it.

These four points have significantly and dramatically altered the WHO’s authority. This alteration entails the surrender of American sovereignty. Any such change must be approved by 2/3 of the U.S. Senate. Remind the Senate of their duty.

We have limited time to block this new effort by the WHO, Joe Biden, and Communist China. Push back before it’s too late. Send your urgent faxes to members of Congress to oppose sacrificing Americans’ sovereignty to WHO.

All of these concerns only outline the power currently given to the WHO.

Attorney Reggie Littlejohn, a member of our coalition who was in Geneva, said, “The manner in which the IHR Amendments were passed flagrantly violates the WHO’s own rules. In defiance of the requirement to submit proposed amendments four months in advance of a vote, the WHO released the final text just hours before the final vote. ... The WHO’s tossing out of its own rule indicates its disregard for the rule of law. If it is willing to disregard such an important safeguard as Article 55, what is stopping it from disregarding any other provision in the IHRs?”

We cannot tolerate these lawless acts of the WHO! What is worse is that the WHO is not done.
