With your support, we led a successful effort in Florida and other states, but all our work is at risk when the U.S. Senate reconvenes with Kamala Harris as the tie-breaking vote. Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is only ONE vote away from abolishing the 60-vote filibuster — which would open the floodgates to abortion, LGBTQ, election fraud, and much more.

At the same time, both Sens. Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema are truly lame ducks, with their term ending at the end of this year. They are both highly susceptible to the pressures and promises made on Capitol Hill. Only one of them needs to cave, and that will be the end of the filibuster.

The Democrat base is angry. They are casting blame, and they want to finish their agenda before they lose power. Abolishing the filibuster is high on their list. So is signing America on to the World Health Organization (WHO) agenda. By pushing the treaty language into an amendment of the International Health Regulations (IHR), instead of needing 2/3 majority, it would only need 51% of nations to pass. At that point, Biden could unilaterally sign our nation on to this language.

Even Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles is demanding, “Mr Biden, I need you to stand up, straighten your back and make some things shake before your departure.”

The political pressure and frustration are building. If the filibuster is abolished, the Democrats could pass every vile and corrupt bill.

The time between now and the end of the year is critical. Democrats need ONE VOTE to abolish the filibuster and pass an extreme abortion bill. I urge you to tell Congress: VOTE NO on HR 12, the “Women’s Health Protection Act of 2023,” and do not abolish the filibuster.

With your support we were successful defeating Planned Parenthood and the ACLU in Florida, the first state to stop an abortion amendment that would have allowed abortion up to the moment of birth.

In Florida alone, Liberty Counsel Action:

• Hired six full-time Field Directors to educate and mobilize voters.

• Printed and distributed 12,000 yard signs.

• Printed 2.5 million flyers in English and Spanish explaining the deceptive abortion amendment.

• Sent 1 million text messages.

• Knocked on doors using the i360 app to identify voters.

• Conducted pastor mobilization events.

• Produced scores of social media reels.

• Created many other educational resources.

This victory will save over 84,000 children each year.

Following these great wins, especially the White House and Congress, we are now facing one of the greatest threats to both life and liberty. Kamala Harris is being blamed for the loss. She is experiencing a transition from a rising star to a plummeting flame. And I believe that she will quickly become desperate to appease the radical wing of her party.

Congress needs to hear a resounding “No” on abolishing the filibuster. Sadly, top priorities for Democrats are abortion, LGBTQ, and undermining the integrity of elections! Abolishing the 60-vote filibuster rule requires a mere majority vote. If the filibuster is abolished, every extreme agenda item will pass before the end of the year. Everything that we know and love about our nation would be negatively affected. Tell Congress: VOTE NO on HR 12 and keep the filibuster.

Some in Congress are saying abandoning the filibuster as “worth the risk.”

Sadly, all Democrats in Congress are willing to push abortion, election fraud, open borders, and the LGBTQ agenda! Abolishing the 60-vote filibuster rule requires a mere majority vote. Remember, Kamala Harris can break a tie. That means the filibuster is hanging by a thread — a single vote.

All our work will be for naught if the Senate abolishes the 60-vote filibuster rule. Not only will HR 12 pass, but so will HR 15 (“Equality Act”) and several bills that will foster voter fraud, reward illegal immigration, and much more.

HR 12 will override every state abortion law and force the states to allow abortion up to and during birth. No health and safety standards, no doctors, no parental consent, no limits, and taxpayer-funded abortions.
