For almost a decade, Planned Parenthood has escaped justice for the brutal murders of newborn babies, just to enrich their own pockets.

Expert witness Dr. Theresa Deisher, a Stanford Ph.D., testified in a San Francisco courtroom about the lengths to which she must go as a cardiovascular researcher to make sure that the mice under her care do not suffer needless pain.

But the same cannot be said for babies.

This researcher testified that she was horrified upon learning that some of her colleagues used hearts from aborted babies — hearts that were kept beating upon arrival at the research lab. She testified under oath that the only way these hearts could be beating is if THE CHILDREN’S HEARTS WERE BEATING WHEN THEY WERE REMOVED. And she believed they came from Planned Parenthood — removed without anesthesia.

Dr. Deisher consulted with David Daleiden. She told him that Planned Parenthood MUST be supplying BEATING baby hearts to the researchers! This sparked Daleiden and my client, Sandra Merritt, to go undercover for months. Together they filmed Planned Parenthood executives and others admitting that they performed gruesome procedures on these helpless babies.

The torture and brutal deaths of newborn babies is beyond description!

Yet, congressional Democrats are frantic to push abortion up to birth into every state and territory with HR 12, a federal abortion bill. And this bill is just ONE VOTE from passing. Fax members of the Senate to urge them to do everything in their power to block HR 12 and to not abolish the 60-vote filibuster rule.

Testimony in the Sandra Merritt case is gut wrenching.

One person on video brags how she cut through the face of a 25-week-old newborn to get the baby’s brain. This gruesome procedure was performed WHILE THE HEART WAS STILL BEATING. Keep in mind that at this age, the child can feel pain. Yet no anesthesia is “wasted” on these wiggling newborn babies in their last moments of sheer agony.

The organs of these blessed children should never be sold to the highest bidder! Our nation will be judged by how we treat these children. There is such a narrow margin to block a federal law that will force abortion into even the most conservative states.

Democrats only need ONE vote in the Senate to abolish the filibuster rule and then pass HR 12. If they abolish the filibuster relying on the tie-breaking vote of Kamala Harris, not only will they pass HR 12 but also HR 15 (the extreme LBGTQ and abortion bill), and much more. Right now, the Democrats are so committed to the murder of children that there are more than 100 major pro-abortion bills in the Senate alone. They need only ONE more senator willing to discard the filibuster to make abortion the law of the land.

Democrat Senators Joe Manchin (WV) and Kyrsten Sinema (AZ) said they oppose abolishing the 60-vote filibuster rule. So did Republican Senators Susan Collins (ME) and Lisa Murkowski (AK). But ALL FOUR want to codify abortion as federal law.

If only ONE of these senators caves and supports the “nuclear option” to erase the filibuster, Kamala Harris can break the tie before she is relegated to the history books. This would allow the Senate to pass many radical abortion bills. On the heels of such as incredible victory, we cannot bow to defeat. Every single life is precious and should be protected.

The videos exposing Planned Parenthood reveal the depths of the evil that is happening in our nation. These videos were recorded in 2015. In the nine years that have passed, not a single abortionist has been convicted.

Congressional Democrats in the House and Senate want to make America worse! HR 12 is the most extreme abortion bill ever proposed, and it has reached 213 confirmed votes in the current makeup of the House. This bill will allow abortion at any time, for any reason, up to birth.
